Samy is always a pleasure to have cut our hair and I wouldn’t have anyone else cut my 14 year old son’s hair and nor would he. Friendly and outgoing without being intense, Samy is also an excellent hairdresser and will listen to my son’s views about what he wants and then be honest with him about what will work and suit him.

Jess was brief, brisk yet efficient, cutting as requested through my mane to achieve a recognisably civilised hair cut! Too many coiffeurs ignore instruction and nearly scalp their clients then wonder why they don't visit for another 3 months, but that wasn't the case here. Seeing the books of swatches dotted about the place, I asked Jess about henna cream hair colour I use due to allergies, she averred Joanne's uses only their preferred products. Fair dos!

As always, Jess gave me 1st class service. Both the cut and colour result was just what I wanted.

Emma was amazing ? my toddler has only ever endured my attempts at a haircut, but Emma was so calm and kept her engaged in a lovely conversation throughout. Beautiful cut and service. Thank you

Had my hair cut and blown by Emma since lock down in 2019, I would cut it myself so imagine how difficult it was for Emma. She’s very knowledgable and shows great interest in your expectations to ensure your getting what you want from the experience. Emma.actually made a great job and have booked further treatment. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.

I always find hair washing uncomfortable, personally I don't like the head message and am always wet down the side of my face.

Sharon is a warm, friendly lady. She cuts my hair beautifully and as how I want it, not how she thinks it should be. I haven't found a better hairdresser

I was really pleased with my haircut and I felt Jessica listened to exactly what I wanted. She spent time creating a new style and made me feel pampered during my appointment. I would definitely recommend this hairdresser.

So today I had a cut and colour with Sammy and my other half had a long overdue cut with Emma.

The experience was great from start to finish and the atmosphere in the salon is always fun. We are both super happy with the results as always! We don't let just anyone touch our hair! :)

And the new massage chairs are fab!
