Andrew did a fantastic job of my full head of highlights. He really got my hair back into a great condition but the highlights and toner with his attention to detail were amazing. The blow dry at the end was a real treat! Great atmosphere in the whole salon too. I’ve had a lot of compliments already. Thank you Andrew

My first time at the Wimborne Toni and Guy, all the staff were friendly and attentive. I especially liked my hairdresser who really listened to what I wanted and took her time to achieve this for me. Already re booked my next appointment and fabric recommend her and the salon highly enough ?

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit on Friday. Andy and Charlie were super friendly and I love my hair. Charlie did a fab massage and blow dry. Highly recommend!

The best haircut I have had since moving to Wimborne 4 years ago.
The stylist had not been long with Toni and Guy but he was very experienced at cutting hair.and he was amazing.

Having booked in with one stylist who was unavailable, Eloise stepped in and provided a fantastic cut and service. From the minute I walked in the team were friendly and helpful, Charlie gave a great wash, Izzy helped with the drying and curling as Eloise had another client, but she came back to finish off and check I was happy as well has giving me great tips on how to style my new cut. I got exactly what I asked for and couldn’t be happier.

Danny is simply brilliant-the team are lovely and welcoming. It is always a pleasure. The style cut was exactly as discussed and looks perfect-thank you

Have been going there shortly after they opened about 4 years ago, Carly is my hairdresser and i have never been disappointed, she really is very good, technically as well as at reading my mind about what style I would like ; as well being always so patient+pleasant!! Nice atmosphere as well with friendly staff.

Fabulous colour and cut. Fitted me in at short notice ! Very attentive and friendly. Went to a party last night and everyone wanted to know where I went to get my hair done!!

I’ve got a lovely hairstyle for the Christmas season. Friendly, professional and it felt jovial and Christmassy in the salon. Lovely mince pie too. I had my hair done here in August by the same stylist Eloise and both times she did exactly what I wanted. My mum even mentioned how nice it looked and that is rare.

Eloise listened to what I wanted and took care to ensure it’s what she did. Very considerate and the result exactly what I described.

Always a great cut and a a very happy and relaxing experience with Rich. Such a great stylist and cutter. A lovely guy.

Jay styled my hair yet again. Always happy as it always keeps in great shape from cut to cut and I can always jump in to the salon to get my fringe reshaped at any time.

There is always a lovely atmosphere there and the staff are very friendly and upbeat, you can see there is a good work relationship between them.

Always enjoy a relaxing head massage whilst having my hair washed as well as the chair massage - heaven, to the point you wish to stay there for a nice snooze but soon recovered when the appear with a Latte!

I couldn’t recommend Jay enough, but don’t want to recommend her too much in case she gets too busy to see me!! She is brilliant at her job and a lovely person as well so the experience is top notch!

Good experience as always.
My usual stylist was not free so Danny did my hair this time. I am very pleased with the result, it was good to have a different take. TnG is expensive but worth the extra.

Lovely cut as usual , very pleased

Excellent customer service - both very friendly and efficient.

Usually I'm taken to start my appointment within 5 or so minutes.
However yesterday was not good.
Was advised there would be a 15 min delay as my h/dresser had to attend to someone else's client as her h/dresser didn't turn up.
I was given a coffee. My appt was 9.30 am. I had my hair washed at 10.am approx and sat until 10.20 approx with wet hair.
My h/dresser apologised and said she was under instruction to attend other client and this took a very long time.
I eventually left T&G at approx 11am.
Normally I'm in and out in 40-45 mins.
I do like the cut my H/d gives me, I have booked another appt but may not keep it as this is 2nd time priority has been given to another client.
Seems there's no loyalty for regular customers just get clients in - bottom line is the important factor!
Felt sorry for my h/dresser as all her appts were now delayed!
Bad experience this time.

Really impressed with attentiveness and level of service received today from Danny, able to indulge in a bit of me time, v relaxing and my hair looks just as I’d hoped! really happy thank you

Juts been to the Wimborne branch and it didn't disappoint. Danny listened to what I wanted, made a couple of suggestions and I can put super happy with my new bob. Will come back soon.
