So lovely to be back in the salon again after all these months Emma has coloured my hair in my favourite tones and I couldn’t be happier. Always so cheerful and it’s a super salon for making you feel welcome.

I've been a client of Carly's for 15 years and would never have my hair touched by anyone else. She always does exactly what we talk about and never goes off track. The salon is really calm and welcoming and the other stylists and staff are friendly too. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Emma always does a excellent colour, and always put me at ease.

Yet again Emma has done a fantastic job with my colour and extensions. If I could give 10 stars for everything it wouldn’t be enough!

Emma just has a fantastic way with colour. I trust her completely. She really takes the time to understand what it is I’m looking for and when I fancy a change she’s honest and caring to try out new things but also knows what will work. I’m very lucky to have found her.

Alongside this I’ve grown to know most of the team there and I genuinely love coming.

Jenny is the best nail technician I’ve had - she is so efficient and precise that my nails are in the best condition and look fabulous.

Not only is Carly an excellent stylist, she is extremely friendly and always goes the extra mile to ensure clients enjoy their salon experience.

Caroline has cut my hair for six months now and nobody has every styled it and dried it like she does. There is always a warm welcome and I love the massage chair and hair massage. Just amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Caroline.

As always had a really lovely experience and a really fantastic hair cut by Carly, who gave me some really helpful advice on products and how to keep my hair looking it’s best- thank you! Also a great cup of tea! Everyone is so kind you really notice that coming in to the salon, there is a great atmosphere.

Recently had my hair bleached from brunette to blonde. (done elsewhere) HATED IT. Could not get used to it and felt is just wasn’t me. Popped in and spoke to Jade who advised me what she thought would be best in bringing my hair back to its natural colour. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of me coming in which I was very pleased also. A massive thank you and would recommended Jade and Toni&Guy.

Simply brilliant.
Jade listened, advised exactly what was needed and delivered exactly what she said she would.
My hair really needed rescuing from repeatedly bad highlights done elsewhere and Jade's expertise and knowledge was so appreciated and my hair colour has been restored.
Very friendly and I was made to feel very comfortable.

Nice experience at Toni and Guy. Capacinno on arrival. Footrest and massage chair while hair washed. Nice gentle head massage after hair wash. Super hair cut as usual with Caroline and blow dry. Highly recommended.

Hair is so important isn’t it? So when a professional is sensitive to your wishes and does a really good job with skill and nice products, it is such a treat. Ought to happen all the time!

First visit to this salon as I'm thousands of miles away from my regular hairdresser. Carly was friendly and welcoming, listened to what I was asking for and, importantly, took the time to check out with me that she'd understood my rather vague and wooly description of what I wanted! Great hairwash with massaging chair and very pleased with the quality of the cut. Overall, a recommendation from me.
