Carly is great, very lovely and very talented

Carly must now be used to me turning up for my appointment and asking for a miracle. She never fails to listen and to respond with patience, professionalism and kindness. I always feel heard and I always leave the salon with a spring in my step.

First a relaxing hair wash by an exceptionally polite and energetic male who immediately made me feel comfortable.
Perfect cut by Carly which exceeded my expectations and created a total hair transformation! Listening to my requirements but also giving me ideas I hadn’t considered created a wonderful hairstyle that I am extremely happy with.
I’d also like to draw attention to the time that I was in the salon. I was the last appointment of the day for Carly. My experience however was as if I was the first, her positive approach, energy, excellent capability and customer attentiveness will absolutely ensure I continue to use Toni and Guy Wimborne!

I wanted my hair tidied up before lockdown and was offered an appointment with Jay. I'm not normally fussed by going to the hairdressers and don't go regularly but Jay has done such a lovely job I will be booking in again! She washed, cut and styled my hair so lovely, I felt really pampered. And all whilst they're working super long hours to fit everyone in, thank you!

I think it was carly that did my daughter's hair. The stylist was 18 and had long red hair. My daughter was so very happy with her hair. We cheekily booked an appt having not been to this branch before. Both of us will be changing our hairdressers to tony and guy wimborne. Such a lovely friendly branch and I could see other very satisfied customers during the apparent. Thank you.

Always a good experience, the staff are always friendly and efficient, Caroline is very good hairdresser who enjoys her work and is very professional, I am always pleased with my hair cut, it’s excellent.

I really appreciate the care and creative manner in which Caroline works. She is calm, good humoured and always goes about her work in a way which emphasises her desire to make me, her client, look good and with a result which pleases me.

After too long I finally decided to ditch the long hair and go for something much shorter. Caroline was brilliant, she made me feel very confident with what for me was a big decision. She took great care not to chop too much off in one go. I’ll never get bored of her blow drying my hair! Eloise then curled my hair and was just lovely. The salon had lots in please to ensure we could be as safe as possible during this time and it was clear everyone felt comfortable to be there. Thank you!

The atmosphere in the salon is always relaxing and with an excellent haircut and finish I couldn’t wish for a better experience.

Jade gave me great advice on how she would cut abd shape my sons curly hair so it would best suit him. She was very calm and kind to him throughout and he was very impressed with his hot chocolate and biscuits.

Eloise was fantastic, I left feeling like a princess! I followed her suggestion on adding some layers to my thick hair to lighten it up a bit and feel much better for it

Caroline is superb. My hair is thick and frizzy and Caroline cuts it in a way that not only looks amazing but is easy to handle. That has never happened before
