Another great experience at Francesca’s. Holly has cut my hair for years now and today restyled it knowing that I needed a change. She’s so good at knowing what I need and gives great advice. I always leave happy with what she has done.

Today's visit was the first time Ciana had cut my hair. I think she did an excellent job. She understood what I wanted and took a lot of care to get it just right. I was very happy with the result!

I see Kayla for my hair and she is amazing, so gentle and thoughtly checks everything is to my liking, we have a good chit chat whilst my colour is on and the massage when i get conditioned is amazing! I look forward to getting my hair done here as its never too busy, the music is good and its just a relaxed space to spend a few hours!

I love my hair cut ,& style result each time. Have very thick, curly dry hair which needs skill to manage. Always amazing glossy result that lasts for days. I am mature now but result takes of years.

After getting a bit carried away with myself during my last haircut I ended up being a bit flustered on how it looked afterwards as it was a bit shorter on top than i was used to. Ellie really listened to how I thought we could fix it and just made it look amazing again. Love love love it now Thank you ❤️

The friendly team are excellent at interpreting what I ask for considering I get a different variation of cut and colour each time. I’m informed and consulted at each step so I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect. It’s a little more pricey than other salons, but well worth the experience and results.

Two or three times a year, I take myself off to Francesco's in Winton. I look always look forward to this.
My hair is long, thick and strong. I get it cut, layered and curled.
The staff team are always very polite and friendly. They do as I ask. I often ask them for advice, tips and ideas, and they always help. The staff are very skilled.
I always come out feeling great!

My weekly visit to Francesco Winton is always a pleasure. The atmosphere is relaxing, everyone is so friendly. The coffees are delicious, and my hair.. the products are good and I always leave very satisfied.. Very happy, I can't imagine going anywhere else..

Ellie has been doing my hair for years. She is fabulous, I had an allergic reaction to ordinary hair dye which meant I have to use henna to cover my greys. Initially she was able to use henna for hairdressers by L’Oréal but unfortunately it was discontinued. However she was willing to use an alternative henna but its use involves mixing it the day before my appointment which must be a bit of a hassle but she doesn’t seem to mind. I have very long hair which she cuts and magically blow dries into beautiful curls - an amazing transformation. I cannot recommend Ellie enough - she very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I’m sorry I left a very negative review the day after the cut. I’m not blown away by it, but it really didn’t warrant such a negative review. I was having a bad day generally and bad hair day!
It’s settled in to shape now and isn’t a bad haircut. Elio is a very nice person to have cut your hair and I feel bad about leaving such a negative review.

I loved the girl who did my hair she was so sweet and lovely and made sure I was comfortable my hair turned out amazing the transformation was jaw dropping x

I booked a haircut with Elio my son Charley had a great haircut by her. I didn’t think it was too bad when she finished, but it never really felt like a good cut. After washing it today it’s apparent that one side is cut shorter than the other and there really isn’t a good balance about the cut,. Elio was very friendly and nice to talk to. Sadly though I’m really dissatisfied with the result , especially for the money, as I’ve had better haircuts for less in other establishments.

Another amazing haircut has come from Ellie's skillful hands and eye for shape today. I have been going to the salon for about a year and I'm always satisfied with the results, both with the colour and the cut.
I have very fine and thinning hair and it's no mean feat to be able to style it in a flattering way. Ellie always listens to my concerns and understands where I'm coming from. I now have a beautiful bob and I feel confident and beautiful again. Must come more often for such special service!

So nice to be greeted as you come through the door. Hairdresser ,Holly takes time to discuss what is wanted. Nice massage with conditioner and then starts the cut and checks on style to make sure still happy. Very Well cut with friendly chat and finished beautifully. Couldn’t ask for more.
