I had a lovely trim and blow dry.

I was delighted and relieved when Tricia phoned me to say they were opening on their day off and asked if I wanted to move my appointment to today (Monday) as it would otherwise be cancelled due to Covid. That’s great customer service.

I always wondered why people have an LVL treatment on their lashes - but what a result and great when wearing a face mask all the time at work, no more irritation and naturally fabulous lashes too!

Amy was great as usual and banishing the greys and coming out looking like a million dollars ?

As usual my nails look fabulous and love the gold glitter and snowflakes .. makes me feel all Christmassy!

I visit every 6 weeks and always have a relaxing experience, leaving feeling a million dollars. I also have had beauty treatments today with Kerry and previously with Paula......always a pleasant experience, chatty and friendly and the young girl who washed my hair today (sorry I cannot remember her name) was delightful. I have been a client at Eutopia for years and Amy is my cut and colouring expert. She is fun but very professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I spent many years whilst living in Glasgow going to all the top name salons and getting one or two good cuts and thereafter downhill. Amy is fantastic, in under 3 hours, she coloured my hair, cut both my daughters hair, cut my hair...all with effortless patience, skill and a smile(under the mask of course). Any is a brilliant stylist, and I always look forward to a morning in Eutopia...sanctuary!

Another enjoyable experience getting my weekly hairdo with Michelle. Wonderful how she, as well as doing a professional job, has exeptional customer service skills. During the situation we are all in she never stops smiling which must be difficult day in and out. What an asset to have.
