My first time visiting Saks and I had such a great experience. The staff were all so lovely and the place had a very welcoming experience. Ann-Elise did an incredible job and I am so delighted with my haircut. I gave her my ideas with no photos to reference and the cut was perfect! I’ll definitely be booking in again

As always Ann-Elise did a fantastic job at short notice. Chloe and Ella were also their usual cheery selves. I was a little upset about my mum passing but the girls were great and cheered me up.

As a new client, Jess spent nearly half an hour talking with me before anything was done. We discussed what I was looking for, what products I used & hair care. Jess gave me lots of advice & a plan was put in place. Absolutely brilliant. I felt very special.

I've been going to Jess at Barnard Castle Saks for many years and I always come out feeling absolutely 100% happy with the cut, colour and condition of my hair.
In addition I love how everyone makes you feel welcome and valued, it's like visiting friends. Definitely recommended.

Not normally one for writing reviews but if you want the experience of a totally relaxing hair treatment in a warm friendly atmosphere with genuine helpful staff look no further than the Barny SAX , after a much needed hair revival i left the shop looking and feeling years younger than when i went in , give it a try i can honestly say you will be made most welcome by professional hairstylists, with fantastic results
