Went in to book an appointment and luckily Sarah was free. I’m very lazy with my curly hair and it was out of control. I love my visits to Saks at Barnard Castle. I have been coming here ever since I moved to the area six years ago. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. My hair has never looked so good, or been so manageable. All of the staff are so talented and charming. They make it such a lovely, relaxing experience where you are so valued. It was busier than normal but Andy took his time to make sure he knew what I wanted done.
He offered me a drink.
The hot water tank was struggling to cope with the amount it was needing to do but Andy had a work around. Ingenious thinking!
He was going to be delayed so asked the trainee (sorry I forgot her name) to wash my hair and start drying the ends. She did a good job too.
