It's great to get late appointments after work. Kendra always does a fab job and cuts my hair really well and listens to how I like it. Great atmosphere in the salon and all the team get involved in conversations making you feel right at home.

I cannot ask for a better atmosphere and to always know that my hair is in safe hands when I visit here. The staff are friendly and so kind. Every experience has been a good one since the first day I walked through their door and for everyday after that for over four years. They have given me the confidence to be a loyal customer.

Throughout the appt Amy asked josh if he was happy with how his hair looked and offered advice on how best to style it. She made him feel comfortable throughout the appt and he came away feeling very happy.

I haven't been to Hair House in over ten years since Mark set up the salon and it was lovely to go back today. Very helpful and friendly service with a professional cut and blow dry. Katie listened to everything I ask for out of my visit and I came away with what I requested. I will be returning again.

An excellent service. The stylist was very expert in her advice and made me feel confident in her skills. A fabulous cut and highlights. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Nice to have a good coffee too.

I had t he most amazing experience at Hair Haus at the weekend. I had a Fleur Facial (by Gemma) and i can't explain how much better by skin looks and feels. The treatment itself was amazing, so relaxing, and something that will become a regular treat. Gemma was so knowledgeable about skin care and products, and understanding different skin types, i felt in save hands!

I love the Hair Haus experience, all the staff friendly and accommodating. Kendra has been my stylist for a few years now, and i would not go anywhere else. What she doesn't know about hair, isn't worth knowing!

Visited salon for a cut and blow dry, all the staff were very welcoming I was made to feel comfortable, my stylist Jill is very professional I was very pleased with the outcome the salon is very modern and warm I would certainly recommend a visit.

Excellent service as ever Simon is a great hairdresser

On Saturday I visited the salon for the fourth time to have my hair cut and blow dried. My son also had an appointment at the same time as myself so we could be finished at a similar time. Unfortunately out of the four times I have visited the salon this was the least satisfying. First of all my son didn't start getting his hair done until 25 minutes after the appointment time meaning I was almost finished. Second of all neither me my son or my husband who was waiting on the sofas were offered a drink (usually we are all offered a drink) and thirdly I was not happy with my sons hair cut as it was not done how I'd asked it to be done and it was rushed (probably because the hairdresser was late starting).

Iv never had a problem at hair haus before so I am quite disappointed with the whole experience.

I just want to say a big thank you to Kendra for making me feel so much better about my hair. I was in desperate need of a revamp as my roots and blonde balayage were not looking their best. My hair looks and feels amazing now. She really listened to what I was asking for. She did such an amazing job. There were a few things that needed correcting and managing with my hair and she's just fixed them and made my hair lovely again. Amazing!
Considering how much she did, the price was amazing. It was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It was lovely to relax and be pampered for a few hours. Thank you Kendra!

I went for a total restyle & colour with Simon today & he was brilliant. Simon listened to my ideas & what i would like & did a wonderful job. I love my new look. i would definitely recommend Simon to anybody. He has a true talent & a genius

I went into the salon today with an idea of what I wanted and I wasn't disappointed. Simon is a superb hair stylist, he showed great attention to detail, his conversation was extremely interesting and his manners impeccable. My seven year old son receives the same fabulous service when Simon cuts his hair. Very happy! Many thanks.

From the first moment I was made to feel at ease, I was a few minutes late for my hair appointment. Katie said there was no problem and was ok. They were clearly extremely busy as there was a queue for washbasins and styling stations, but despite that the salon had an air of relaxation and camaraderie. Believe me nothing makes a person feel more relaxed than laughter and humour. Onto the haircut! I am more than delighted with my haircut it is fabulous, a sharp bob gradiated into the back, just what I wanted. Will I return to get my hair cut again? Of course!

The salon looks stunning after the glamorous refurbishment. Lovely relaxed but professional service. Have been going there 15+ years and have been impressed every single time. I go to Kendra who is fabulous but all the hairdressers seem good and up to date with the latest techniques and styles.

I don't often treat myself to a hair cut but thought I would give it a go here after years of having bad cuts at bad salons. I had been here 7 years ago so thought 'why not'
I was really pleased with everything. From being greeted to walking out. Helen did a great job on my hair and totally restored my faith in hairdressers.

This was my first visit to Hair Haus. My stylist was Simon who was just brilliant. Really felt like he took the time to talk to me and understand my hair.

IHave been going to HairHaus for about6 months now and the diffrence in my colour & cut has been amazing. Thankyou.

I recently had a consultation with Annmarie she listened to what I wanted and showed me different colours and discussed outcomes and made sure I was happy with the choices made. I had a skin test and booked my appointment with Annmarie which was great. I was really pleased with the result and my experience at Hairhaus was fabulous. A lovely atmosphere and really friendly.
