I can honestly say I have never experienced a hair appointment like it in my life. An appointment with Simon is like being a Movie Star and having the best Personal Hairdresser. He is an asset to the Company. Well worth my well earned cash. He has also restored my faith in Hairdressers as I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past. Thank You Simon!

Sy was amazing, I get very nervous visiting a salon but sy was so fantastic and put me straight at ease. Absolutely fab haircut too. Couldn't be happier.

I went to the salon after having a cut and colour from a different salon which I wasn't happy about. Katie went through every possibility during the consultation. I returned the following day n had a cut as the colour could not be lifted. I am absolutely over the moon. Katie explained how I could achieve the style myself and the atmosphere in the salon was electric. U can tell everyone is friends as well as work colleagues. Very professional and friendly.

I have tried a number of different hairdressers over the years and have never been 100% happy, then I visited HairHaus about 2 years ago and now you could not pay me to go anywhere else. All staff who work there make you feel special, the staff are extremely professional and make you feel welcome. They actually listen to what you say and want and have always come up with a cut that looks good. They are truely remarkable.

I attended Hairhaus for a total restyle and I cannot praise Simon enough. I explained that I had not had my hair cut for almost 2 years as I was scared of hairdressers and Simon took the time to explain everything and make sure the plans he had were ok with me. Simon cut my hair beautifully and I will definitely be going back to see him & ill be telling all of my friends and family to go there

Finally found a stylist who knows what they're doing and is passionate about it. Always happy with my hair when I come out when in the past at other salons I have been disappointed. The service is great in this salon and staff are so friendly. Everything gets explained as my hair is being done and I even get tips how to do it myself at home. Won't go anywhere else now.

Went for a consultation here where everything was explained in a way I would understand- fab, and have been back ever since. Always pleased with my cut and colour. Any products always explained but not in a way that forces you to by them. Although didn't like hearing some of the stylists whisper about people while in the kitchen & find sometimes apprentices are spoken down to - shame. Sorry guys but knocks you down to a four for some scores...

Haven't used a salon in a long time and was a bit nervous but I needn't have been. Everyone was extremely friendly and Kendra took the time to listen to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly how I had hoped it would be. She talked me through everything she was going to do and explained what products she was using and how they worked etc. Would definitely go back as was a great atmosphere and good value for the overall experience.
