Good service , not keen on hearing everyone's conversations whilst in there though. Not sure about access for wheelchair users ? Will go back feel that a lot of thought goes into your haircut

I have used Hair Haus since it opened and Mark had cut my hair since we were both 17, I wouldn't go anywhere else everyone is friendly and makes you feel so welcome, it's one big happy family and you always have a laugh, it's a relaxing place and nothing is a problem to them

I was very nervous about trying somewhere new but I needn't have been! The atmosphere was very friendly and my stylist, Natalie, was lovely. She knew exactly what she was doing and even kept talking to me throughout. Thank you, I am very impressed!!

Welcome back Kendra after her maternity leave, hair was desperate for a cut, so worth the wait, excellent job. Some hairdressers are good colourists, some are good cutters, fortunately Kendra is amazing at both, I can so tell the difference after a cut from Kendra. Happy!

I have been going to hairhaus for years (at least 10) and Jill always spends time to discuss what I want as I change all the time. I love the new loyalty card and I love the fact the staff are so friendly and know who you are.

I visited my previous hairdressers for over 10 years and never left feeling pampered or special so I never understood why other people enjoyed having their hair done.
My sister made the move to Hairhaus first and when I saw the immediate improvement in her style and colour I decided to follow.
I have now had three appointments with Katie and Simon and have been delighted with the results. Unlike my previous hairdresser, they listened, advised and explained what the were doing.
The salon itself is clean, bright and modern. The staff are all very friendly and welcomin and the loyalty card is a great bonus.

Simply is the best hairdressers EVA have been going there for 13 yrs and will never go anywhere else. The staff are great so friendly and make you feel at ease. Wanting expert advise on colour cut or products they know there stuff. Fab fab fab

An extremely welcoming salon. Staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgable about what they are doing and the products they use. The salon is always spotless and has a happy atmosphere. I have just been for my 6th appointment and the loyalty gifts are an added treat to the great colour and cut I go home with. I am so glad my cousin recommended Hair Haus and Justine to me.

Been going there about 5 yrs now, with AnnMarie or Justine when she's not available. Always satisfied and happy with my cut or colour, she listens and advisers and knows what I want better than I do, but as well as all that it's great to catch up, not just with AnnMarie but the test if the team too. It's usually baby talk as they all seem to have or having babies( all young women you see, sorry Simon ) Atmosphere is great and the coffee. My daughter loves going there too, she's more than happy. Keep it up team.

I went to Hairhaus, Bishop Auckland on Thursday 03 July 2014. I had not been to the salon for a while and when I came for my appointment I felt really welcome! Was nice to meet all the staff, lovely atmosphere and everyone really friendly! I have my hair done by Ann Marie. She's fab and always has to give me advice as I am never quite sure what I want done! I am very indecisive Lol.... Really pleased with my cut, and the colour is just what I was after!! Ready for my holiday now! Thank you :-) Will see you again shortly for my next appointment.... Absolutely brilliant place to go! All the staff are always happy to see you and being what most hairdressers call an awkward client because I never know what I want and always want a rediculous colour, they never grumble! They actually get excited to do something free style :) could not recommend the place higher!

Ive always had my hair done here usually by one hairdressers but used others when she is busy and always been excellent. Great service all staff are lovely. My daughter loves going too make her feel like a princess. Best salon in the county xx

I have tried a number of salons but keep coming back to Hairhous. I won't bother trying elsewhere again. The staff are great and the stylists are amazing. Helen always manages to make my hair fabulous and, what's more, easy to replicate at home. The overaĺl experience is definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I have been getting my hair cut and coloured at hair haus for years and still say they are the best in the area. Ann Marie who cuts my hair is the best hairdresser I have ever had. The team are friendly and will always go the extra mile. I would never get my hair cut anywhere else, brilliant team who all work in a friendly yet professional manner .

I have never been dissapointed as the staff always do as you ask with regards to styling etc. Some salons do the styles they want not what you want. Cant recommend a better salon. I used to hate going to get my hair cut, until I visited Hair Haus and was introduced to a lovely gentleman called Simon, now I've been going there for 3 years now! Best service ever! The staff are wonderful and you're treated exceptionally from start to finish.

Have been getting my hair done at Hairhaus for a few years now. Always a friendly welcome....nice atmosphere and talented staff. Best Hot Chocolate in the North East :) Staff always happy to give advice and actually listen to the customers likes and wants. Nice to be able to pop upstairs and get eyebrows waxed etc. Keep up the good work team...your all brill xx

The last couple of time I've been to the barbers hair was left with an awful cut crown cut was just sticking up could see lines back of head where cut was all over the place and left with one long sideboard I will not be returning

Welcomed with a smile and feel pampered throughout my appointment - nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Simon is great and all the stylists listen to the client - very important - but also give advice. Well worth the experience.

I have been a customer for a while, Simon gives a fantastic service, not just a hair cut, the styling after the blow dry is phenominal, i feel like a different woman when i leave!

Being going here for 10 years and everything you want when you get your hair cut. You are greeted with a smile then asked if you want a drink. Then a hair wash with a mini massage lovely then your hair cut with good crack, a laugh and a hair cut you ask for brilliant

After going to a different salon for my hair ombre'd (which turned out to be awful!!) I turned to Hair Haus to put it right! Justine did a fantastic job of doing my hair exactly how I'd originally wanted it and advising me on cut, colours and products to use. Brilliant customer service and very affordable for a fantastic end result! Definitely should of just gone straight to Justine initially! Will be going back!

Its always a pleasure visiting this salon to get my hair done. My Hairdresser is Simon who does my hair exactly how i want it! I always leave the salon with bright blonde curly hair with lots of volume in my extensions. I also love the cappuccinos that Kim makes for me and love the atmosphere in the salon. My hair is improving in quality and love the treatments i have i really have noticed a difference thanks to simons advice! I would recommend Hair Haus to anyone!
