No experience is like a Hair Haus experience in my personal opinion. You guys are the best. From the coffee to the banter to the friendly staff to the professionalism and more importantly the Hair. Hair Haus give me the hair I want each and every time (the bigger the better aka volume lol) and for that you deserve this amazing review.

I do love this salon and have had good results but frequently popular stylists are running late, I have sat with a gown on for 20+ minutes on several occasions while waiting for a stylist to start or have had a different stylist start my hair to make time up which isn't great when youre playing senior stylist prices.

Low stock of colours have also been a problem, I have been offered 'alternatives' twice recently as my colour was out of stock. A relative of mine had a different colour put on without being told, but was visably obvious with many friends commenting on a colour change. This would not have been a problem had the stylist explained low stock and apologized (very laid back lady who just wants greys covered) but unfortunately telling lies meant loosing a customer.

Please organise columns and order more stock HairHaus!!

Katie is an amazing stylist. She listens to what the customer wants and does exactly what was asked for. She can put the most nervous customer at ease. She is a Star Stylist!

Brilliant. Lovely cut. Spent loads of time cutting my hair. Got some information on how to style my hair. Why it curls one way and not the other way. Havi ng my hair washed was so soothing. Spent a most relaxing time there.

Hair haus is honestly the best place to go for anything ! Today I got a fringe trim, spray tan and acrylic nails all in which I couldnt pick up a fault on ! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, an ultimate 100000 / 10 from me ?

I've been a customer off and on for a few years now. I haven't been in for a couple years due to poor health, but as soon as I called to book an app, I was warmly greeted and welcomed like no time had passed. I used to see Simon but he had moved on and was suggested a different stylist, Natalie. I came in for a consultation and skin test, and it was an awesome experience the minute I walked in. Now I don't have a clue about hair or what looks good on me, but Natalie put me at ease and came up with a plan for a complete change. I felt i was quite a mess and it was a tall order for her! All the ladies there were so sweet and kind and we had a hoot with several convos, and the caffeinated beverages and hazelnut hot cocoa were to die for! I was really spoiled all afternoon. Natalie was so patient and lovely by helping me understand the flattering cut that was new to me as well as product and how to use it. She also showed me how to curl and finish with the sprays. I'm very happy with the end result, its natural yet different. Also it's low maintenance, if something comes up I could go easily 6 months and it would still look good! I can't wait until my next app for Christmas! Many thanks to everyone for a very pleasurable afternoon, ya'll are so cute!xo

Been visiting the saloon for 11 years but this was my daughters first time. Everyone was lovely to her and made her feel special. She loved it and definitely wants to return!!
