From start to finish the experience you get at Hair Haus is second to none! All the girls are so friendly and chatty and make you feel great throughout your whole visit. I absolutely love the way Katie dyes, cuts and styles my hair!

Had a cut and blow dry from Justine. I cannot recommend her and Hair Haus enough. Justine listens to what you want, makes suggestions to help, and is the easiest person to talk to. (At one point I hadn't seen her for a year and she remembered what shampoo I use). The service is always spot on, very very friendly staff. I've been to other hair salons over the years and encountered stuck up staff and intimidating atmosphere but never at Hair Haus.

Excellent results as always from the salon. Katie did a brilliant job with my faded existing colour and gave me the vibrant colour back that I wanted. Brilliant salon and staff.

I have been visiting the Salon in Bishop for a while now. Katie is one of the best Stylists I have had during my lifetime. She listens to the customer of what they want and their preference. She never assumes and is a perfect choice for more nervous customers or those who have had bad experiences. My hair is always styled to Superstar Standard! I would say it's definitely a rating of 10 out of 10.

As always I had a lovely experience at Hair Haus, this time with Justine who took her time to ask what I wanted and created a masterpiece. A beautiful, sleek concave bob. Ive been going to have my hair cut at Hair Haus for nearly 10 years and I'd definitely recommend Justine (and Amy my normal hair dresser) as I'm very happy with my new look.

Both myself and my 6 year old daughter get our hair done here and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the ladies are lovely, you get a great welcome when you walk in. My daughter loves the attention she gets each visit.

I've had my hair cut by a few different stylists and each time I'm overjoyed with the results. Recently had my hair balayaged and couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended!!

Rude from start to finish after coming to the salon for years I most certainly will not be returning ! Turn up 10 minutes early to be told she is having her dinner and will have to wait which wasn't a problem what was the problem was the way she spoke! To top it off she then said she couldn't proceed with my treatment because I hadn't been in for a patch test again as if this was my fault maybe if you let people know this before they turn up for the appointment it would resolve this issue ! Most disappointing bit my results are rubbish and can't even tell I have had them done! The rest of the staff I came into contact with were lovely, shame one let's you down!

Very pleasant experience . Justine wa very friendly and made me feel very comfortable really happy with my hair.

I decided to mix it up a bit for Christmas and instead of my usual brown/blonde highlights I wanted to throw some red at my hair keeping the blonde. Annemarie was up to the challenge as usual and surpassed my expectations and I love love love it. I've had so many compliments! Thank you so much.
