I love coming to Hair haus as everyone very welcoming, from walking in to walking out. Natali did a lovely job. I even braved having it curled.

Having gone here for many years, had my hair styled by a few of the girls, I've always been happy. They know what I like and always offer the best advice on what suits. Thanks again Kendra and Natalie for my daughters.

Young girl was great she gave me a brilliant neck shoulder and back massage great felt absolutely marvellous x

I always feel welcomed when I come to the salon. Katie who is now my regular stylist always consults me and puts me at ease. She is absolutely amazing and if you are like me and are nervous in the hairdressers chair then you couldn't get anyone better. She remembers how you want your hair and gets on with it. I would give her 10 out of 10.

Made to feel welcome immediately,clean and friendly salon with everything you could want under one roof!Had my hair done by Annemarie ,who put me at ease straight away,listened to what i had in mind and gave me lots of advice.Very pleased with my cut and colour.
I also got my nails done upstairs and are very happy with them.

It was my first time a he salon, first impression from the receptionist was very friendly. I was offered and had a lovely latte. My hairdresser Vicky was very professional and friendly, she also offered me a steam dry for straight hair which I never had before ; it is gorgeous????, thank you

I have been using HairHause for more than 12 years and have always had first class, totally professional treatment and genuine care from every member of staff.
My daughter and grandchildren have their hair done every time they visit me from Spain.

I've been coming here practically since it opened roughly 10 year ago , I used to go upstairs to the barbers where Christie is top class but for a number of years I've been going downstairs to get pampered , from the moment you walk in the welcoming and the ambience is fantastic ( and Kendra must be one of the best hairdressers is England )

The stylist was friendly and kept me informed how things were going throughout the process. All staff were friendly and helpful. My style is totally different to what I am used to but now I'm used to it I absolutely love it.

Hair cut coloured and dried

I have been a client of HairHause for more than ten years. Every member of staff is extremely friendly and helpful and cannot do enough in order to make my visit an enjoyable experience. They keep me up to date with new trends and I always get compliments about my hair..
My daughter and her girls live abroad but still get their hair cut at the salon every time they visit me.
Cannot recommend the salon and my stylist Anne Marie more highly

I've been going to hair haus for a few years now justine who cuts and colours my hair is excellent all the staff say hello when u walk in Ann Marie who did my wedding hair for our wedding in July 2014 is excellent too

Helen is very attentive. I like the way she concentrates and does not talk too much. My colour has remained perfect for over a year. Sorry, forgot name of the girl who washes my hair, after her massage I feel so relaxed

First time I've used Justine. She was fab apart from my hair isn't exactly what I asked for but will make sure it's done exactly how I want next hair appointment. I got a concave but want it shorter at back and longer at the front. Hair haus is fab with my kids, especially one (can't remember her name, oops). I usually get offered a drink but didn't this time. But I love my hair getting done there. Great atmosphere.

Gemma put me at ease straightaway, offering a cuppa. She explained the process and even had time to wax my legs which I hadn't actually booked. She was very professional and if she tells you about the tea tree cream then my advice is to buy it. It takes the sting away and is so cooling. Booked up for next appointment. Would highly recommend.
