I look forward to our lovely chats as well , it just makes my day. Its a home from home salon where I feel comfortable and relaxed and its nipping clean too. Looking forward to my next visit.

After buying a 'deal' that was too good to be true, I was desperate to get my hair back to how I like it. The ladies here worked their magic & now my hair is beautiful! Ruby, Kacie, Olivia, Emma & Katie (not forgetting the lovely ladies at the desk) all contributed to my visit today & I'm so grateful. The salon itself is clean, well organised & the staff are all wonderful, friendly people who all make you feel welcome. It really is one of the best salons I have been to. Thank you ladies.

Zoey was great! Went in wanting to go from blonde back to brunette with caramel highlights and she was able to do exactly that! Absolutely in love with my hair and would 100% recommend Zoey

Although Nicola usually does my hair today Stacy looked after me because Nicola was fully booked but I was equally pleased with Stacy. I was thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience today and my good friend Pauline was also seen to by Katie and was really pleased with the way Katie had styled her hair and she said when Katie massaged her head she was so very relaxed! Am so pleased as I had recommended her

I’ve been coming to Saks for more years than I care to remember and really wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nicola has looked after my hair for years and is an excellent stylist - friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled in cutting and coloring. The salon is a lovely environment, beautifully presented with comfy chairs and high quality products. There are many areas in life where I actively seek the cheaper option but how great my hair looks and how good that makes me feel is not one of those areas. Nicola is worth every penny

Nicola is a very skillful and knowledgeable stylist, I have been going to her for many years and am always delighted with how she cuts and dyes my hair whilst keeping it as healthy as possible. The salon is always spotlessly clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Thought Emma done a great job with Frankies hair. It had a lovely straight cut at the back and feathered at the front finished off nicely with straighteners and serum. Thank you...she was so happy with it 🤍

Little treat using free blow dry stamps, added a toner treatment . Lovely experience as usual, from going in to leaving . Well looked after .

Never had such a lovely experience as I have had going to Saks, Stacey is brilliant and my hair always looks, smells and feels amazing! Such a genuinely nice bunch of people!

Stylist was lovely but I was disappointed with the blowdry no body limp hair and for the mony I paid it wasn't good.When I got home my husband couldn't believe I'd been to the Hairdressers so sorry I will cancel my next appointment. Irene

Stacey Louise was fantastic today. She really listened when I explained what I wanted and gave me excellent advice.
She explained everything thoroughly. I was over the moon with the results. Extremely professional, obviously very knowledgeable with colour procedures.

Was at Saks Chester le street yesterday 26th September and yet again Stacey did my hair lovely. Ive watched Stacey grow from an apprentice to where she is today . I am so very proud of her such a warm good hearted person and I look forward to each appointment. Just love going to Saks, its just like home from home , such beautiful girls and always very helpful . You are all stars .
