Never disappointed when I walk out of the salon! Kim takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and always makes you feel welcome. She’s a fantastic hairdresser and always makes my hair look and feel absolutely beautiful. The staff are always friendly and I love the banter and funny conversations that go on! Can’t beat a nice head massage at the back wash either. Was exactly what I needed after a busy week.

Emma is just fantastic! She’s the only hairdresser anywhere I’ll trust with my hair! She’s done an incredible job once again. I travel 1.5 hours just for Emma to do my hair.

My thanks to Jonathon and all of the other regular staff at the Darlington branch in what has been a very difficult year. Service on my last visit was impeccable as always and the team have been great with their working standards and communication throughout the on-off-on lockdown periods

I am very sorry if i got the stylist name wrong but he was fantastic. He worked with my hair type well and adjusted what i wanted to fit my type of hair. I havent felt like myself in so long hair wise but this hair cut really helped me feel good about my hair. He was not judgemental about the condition of my hair and worked with it to give me the style i always wanted . Think i found the place i will be attending regularly

I have my hair done regularly here, and I am more than satisfied with the results. I enter the salon with hair that looks tired and dead. When I come out the transformation is spectacular every time. The colour is enhanced and very shiny and healthy looking. The staff listen to what you want and then follow up. They suggest excellent products to try at home and offer good tips for following up at home. Staff are extremely friendly and talented. They offer an over and above service eg the time that my car was about to run out of parking fee. Two staff went to find it and add more time. I am always asked if O would like a drink. I hope this salon never closes.

Do you know Kim she has magic hands I been refused by so many salons to get what I wanted, they said no way I could possibly get it done but everytime I’ve gone to Kim she’s always made it happen I’ve come back home yesterday , emotional because been trying for a long time and spent a lot of money elsewhere and she’s made me happy

i loved my hair, just came to have a cut, blowdry and have it curled. she did a great job at cutting my layers, so much volume (when styled) and less bulk, exactly like i'd asked.

Fantastic very professional stylist, not just in relation to the hair styling but customer service generally. Refreshing to see Covid secure measures still in place and the stylist had excellent understanding of the remaining risk to me, her and the other clients. We'll done T&G and the stylist. Kim listened to what I wanted. Explained what she could do to achieve it, then proceeded with attention to detail to colour and then cut my hair, whilst chatting, making me feel comfortable in a new salon and town. I'm very pleased with the result and will be back.

I had my hair cut by Emma she was lovely and friendly really easy to chat to and offered loads of great advice about ways to style my hair. It’s been a very long time since I treat myself to actually going along to a salon for the works. I’m really glad I did and I will definitely be back.

I had my hair coloured and cut. My appointment was at 12, but got seen at 12.30, which is totally fine by me as she is a very nice chatty person and she gives good advice. I have no complaints and would choose Kim as my hair stylist .

My 5 year old daughter arrived for her haircut and instantly made to feel relaxed. The stylist was so great with her and made her smile the whole way through. My daughter had a real fear of the hairdryer, but was put at ease. She thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience there. Massive credit to the stylist!

Washed my hair yesterday and then just left it to dry and it stilll looks fabulous. That's what i call a good cut

Met Kim for the first time in your Darlington salon, what a lovely girl, very friendly. I was very happy with the way she styled my hair. Will definitely be back next time I’m up north.
