Kim was lovely and very friendly the highlights have been done brilliant but the colour I asked for hasn't worked our as blond as I had hoped . Think it must be my hair as its gone quite dull tried other shampoos. To brighten the colour . Shame I couldn't afford to get it done brighter as my hair isn't in the greatest condition paid 90 pounds for my hair. But still it was a nice experience. Xx

Very pleased with my new hairstyle Kim really understood what I wanted even though I didn't do a great job of explaining. I was very comfortable in the salon and all the staff had a friendly word when they passed my chair making me feel very welcome. The salon is tiptop with all the hygiene standards being maintained. All in all a relaxing and pleasurable experience

Wanted to try a new colour - Kim and Kerry took time to show me options and discuss how the colour would work on my hair. Finished result was exactly what I wanted, so pleased .

I went in with a very vague description of what I wanted and Emma delivered it and beyond. She was fabulous and made me feel so at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you so much!

You have the covid system in place perfectly in my opinion. Very organised.

Once again Kim surpassed all expectations and styled my lifeless, lockdown hair beautifully.

Just wonderful to be back at T and G after lockdown:. Jonathan did an amazing job on my hair. Cut with extreme care and precision. The salon adhered to all covid protocols which made me feel at ease.
I’ve been a client for many years now and always found the service exceptional. The salon has always maintained high hygiene standards even before the pandemic.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was great to see the salon was open once again and to have my hair cut by Emma. Despite being busy with post-lockdown appointments Emma made me feel like a valued customer and not rushed in any way. The COVID protection measures the salon has put in place put me at ease. All in all, the same great experience I get every time I attend this salon!

Had a cut and blow out by Emma, she did an amazing job im so happy, very professional, would also like to thank Kim she was lovely also.

Always a great cut from Emma, along with a relaxed friendly service from all at the salon.
Was a little delayed getting started but that was to be expected with lockdown.

It was such a relief to be back and Kim did her usual great job. Love the new backwash - so comfy I nearly fell asleep.

I had very bad experience with hairdresser in the last- she shaved my head off
Also they didn’t really listen what I want

Johnathan knowledge about styles and hair is up to new standards
He delivers “new, on time” hair cuts also is able to explain what is good for me and why
He is very carry I felt like he rally focuses on what he is doing without unnecessary distractions
Will definitely come back again to see him, also for the first time I didn’t felt like I must go home and restyle my hair after the visit :)

the 2 girls in seemed rushed and I was nos 3 customer I waited for sometime prior to starting the tint?colour then waiting for it to work will bring a book next time

Thank you to Jacqui for a much needed post COVID Lockdown restyle. Being new to the area, it was my first time at Toni and Guy and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone loves my new cut & look forward to sorting out the colour soon!

Cant remember my stylists name has lightbrown/blonde shoulder length hair. she was really lovely explaining the procedures to me,especially with all the virus going on. Did a really good job of my hair, thank you so much!

I just want to thank Kim and the team at Toni and Guy in Darlington. I hadn't had my hair coloured or cut for over 9 months and Kim was presented with a complete mess. This didn't phase her at all as she worked for hours on end to get my hair back to its former beauty.
As a carer for my elderly mother who shields from Covid 19, I was very nervous to get my hair done but was instantly put at ease by all the measures that had been put in place.
Thank you so much and it's made me this key worker/carer feel beautiful again.
