TONI&GUY Darlington

A lovely experience for my 10 years old son, having decided to keep some length to his hair. Jonathan did an excellent job and my son is over the moon with the results.

Very strange times and a different experience to normal at the hairdresser, however from the minute I walked in Jonathan made the whole experience very easy.
And I love my new hair cut! ?

Staff where very busy professional and welcoming, did an excellent job with my cut and blow dry. This will definitely become my regular place

Really pleased with todays visit, I know its not easy wearing masks and visors. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable and at ease immediately.

I was really happy with my experience today at Darlington especially during these strange times.
They were organised with regards to safety, and my hairdresser was brilliant and did a great job! I was very happy to return to my normal look after so long in lock down, and my first haircut back out of lockdown couldn’t have been better.

As always even before crovid professional friendly staff, I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but Kim very quickly put me at ease & I really enjoyed my birthday hair do - hope to see you all soon xx

After the lockdown and feeling against the virus to come and get a pamper was lovely. Staff are very professional and up to date with regulations. Jacqui was lovely. Will go again!

Ready for a FAB haircut on the 12th

This was my first trip back for a haircut since lockdown and I was really impressed by all the measures Toni and Guy have taken to make us feel safe. Sanitiser, individual one use masks, gowns and towels. Social distancing and screens all made me feel totally safe.
Emma cut my hair beautifully (as ever) and it was a real pleasure to be back.
Thank you to everyone who got the place back on track in these challenging times!

The best salon in the northeast, has taken its care and commitment to a whole new level after lock down you can see the thought and care they have put into to re opening the doors in the safest possible way for staff and clients. I can't recommend this salon enough not only do you get the best hair cut they are delivering the highest standard in hygiene I have seen in any setting since lock down has been eased. Always a pleasure.

Had an appointment with Johnathan today in Darlington. Upon entering the salon the service was top notch, and social distancing was on point, after receiving my pack with mask, apron and towel I was seated untill Johnathan came over. Even though it is very different, and there is allot more for the stylists to do now, such as sanitising and dealing with extra gear such as face masks and vizers, johnathan was amazing, very respectfull, and explained everything which was going to happen, as this is new to everyone.

He did an amazing job on my hair, and I havent been to Toni & Guy in a few years, and I will now definitely be returning as a regular,

I am a regular at toni N Guy. Today I wished a change to my usual style and spoke to Kim about options available wit my length n type of hair.. We looked at colours for a more dymatic look. It was so easy and fun to come up with styles because I am so relaxed at toni N Guy n total trust the hair stylists advice.. Left wit shorter length n 3 different colours in my hair. Very satisfied

I went into the salon today looking frumpy with damaged hair. Emma I think cut it short for me and it looks amazing. Had a few compliments already. It was only my second visit to the salon but I will definately go back.

As always, a wonderful experience going to Toni & Guys. Kim is a fantastic hairdresser and I am never unhappy with any of her work, she is truly talented. Love the newly opened Darlington salon.

First time I’ve ever used this salon, I was able to quickly book a walk in appointment with Emma. I was really impressed. Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable on how to care for long hair. Fab head massage too. Highly recommend.
