Toddler's first haircut and re-style

Booked for a haircut for myself and my toddler. I was worried about my toddler as it was her first time and I wasn't sure how would she take it and I wanted everything done quick as I was worried about toddler's tantrum.
When we arrived, we were made very comfortable. The salon is spacious and very clean. There is good space for my husband and a pram at the waiting area. We were offered drinks, even my husband, we felt very welcomed.
Anna very quickly made my toddler and myself comfortable. She made sure I sat near my husband and where my toddler could be near us for the haircut. My toddler was sat on my lap for her haircut. She wasn't keen and kept moving but Anna managed to cut her hair. She also gave advice on how to look after my toddler's baby hair. The whole process was quick and my toddler took it well and no tantrums!
When came to my haircut, I only have a rough idea on what I would like-short. Anna gave me a great consultation about various hairstyle that would suit my lifestyle and I had a re-style. It's been a while since I had a hairdresser giving me consultation this detailed. The outcome was great. I love my haircut and it suits me.
Overall we all had a good experience and looked great after. I am very happy with the services and highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back again.
