It’s a long time since I’ve been to a salon and was in much need is a makeover. Wasn’t disappointed, very happy and glad I chose Poppy’s. Thank you Tracy.

I was invited for a consultation with Chloe, prior to my appointment, and was impressed by the care she took in listening to what I wanted but also her creativity and suggestions At my appointment I was absolutely delighted with my hair colour and this is the first time in my life I have come out of a hairdressers feeling I have got the exact colour, cut and style I envisaged. Chloe is the ultimate professional and a really warm and genuine person who wanted the very best for her client and she didn't disappoint. Fabulous place and very highly recommended. Thank you so much and look forward to my next visit to Poppys. Such a great experience

I have been coming to Poppy’s for 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else. I see Tracy everytime and she is simply amazing. I love the way she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. The salon is such a warm and friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been a customer at Poppy’s hair salon since it opened. Tracy has always cut and styled my hair. She and her team are very professional, they put you at ease , give good advice and I always leave the salon feeling happy and confident with my hair . I have tried other salons but always return to Poppy’s.

Always makes you feel so welcome. Salon still continues to keep clients safe with dedicated seating face masks and hand sanitising stations. Never disappointed ?

I always look forward to a salon visit. There’s always a welcoming meeting at the door and a delicious cuppa on offer. The salon is spacious and airy yet calming and comfortable. I look forward to a hair wash and head massage at the end of my busy day. I always feel at ease and guided by Katie’s advice. When I leave the salon I feel brand new.

I opted for a new shorter style today and I'm glad I did as Chloe did a fantastic job as always. I love coming to this salon as I always feel well looked after and my hair always looks great afterwards ☺.

Love coming to Poppys to see the lovely Chloe. Have been using Poppys since December 2020
after previously having issues with my hair snapping and being really dry, but Chloe has helped me to get it into a lot better condition. The salon is really clean and welcoming and today I enjoyed a lovely head massage from Alex. Will not go anywhere else for my hair now.

The salon at Hartlepool is smashing - I used to be a client of Chloe's in the Stockton salon and was happy to move with her.

The salon was clean and had a lovely atmosphere.

Chloe is a superstar hair wizard. I'd trust her to try anything with my hair. She listens, recommends the best thing for my hair and gives me the most amazing cuts I can even style myself do at home. She makes me feel a million dollars.

Hairdresser, friend, therapist. Highly recommended!

I always look forward to having my hair done at Poppy’s with Chloe, she is so friendly and professional, and is very good at her job. She listen’s to how you want your hair doing, and does exactly what you ask for. Plus we always have a good chat which is nice. I have never been disappointed. She gives you a lovely head massage too.

However I do have a problem with the sink when I’m getting my hair washed. The sink is very heavy and hurts my shoulders.

As a trans woman I'm very protective of my hair as it's 1 of the few things I get to control and I have found poppy's to be the only salon I trust to look after and style my hair.
They are amazing, friendly, accepting and respectful, I always enjoy my time there and feel welcomed and accepted I would recommend them to anyone.

As usual my salon experience was excellent. Chloe is an outstanding stylist and a lovely person. I am never disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant, I am listened to, I am so pleased with way Mt hair is washed cut and styled A big bonus is being able to have my nails done. Customer care is second to none and everyone goes the extra mile.

Back to this lovely salon again for another pampering session. Tracy and her staff were wonderful as always - kind - attentive - professional. The salon is and always has been exceptional in their cleanliness with all the covid secure precautions being taken. A very safe place to go ?

Cannot thank Tracy enough for all the effort that she put in to sorting my Daughter’s hair. I’m also told that Alex was a great help too and I need to give her a mention. Tracy has sorted my lockdown hair today and I’ve booked my youngest daughter in for the end of the month. Having spent most of the last of 14 months shielding, I’m very careful of where I go, but Poppys have put many measures in place to make it as safe as possible.

Yes I had a lovely time Chloe was very attentive towards me and I like the style that she did . I also appreciate that I got an appointment at short notice. Well done choke. Thank you
