My hair looked beautiful at 6.0pm but at 7am the morning after it was so bad I had to wash it. Can't understand as it's never happened before

After Stockton Poppys shut its doors a couple of years ago, I started visiting whatever barbers could fit me in locally, but I found them all to be a bit ‘slap-dash’. Chloe used to do my hair when she worked in Stockton, always did a better job so decided to start making the trip further afield to Hartlepool. Chloe is a skilled hairdresser with a fantastic attention to detail. Definitely worth the journey and shall be exclusively visiting Chloe for my hair appointments moving forward.

Just like going to have coffee with friends with the added bonus of a fab hairdo. Always goes above and beyond. Nothing too much trouble.

Katie was amazing! After suffering with alot of depression and anxiety, my hair was really in bad condition. Katie has done an amazing job and was able to save some of my hair! I also got it washed and blow dried also got a head massage. Katie in general was lovely! Can’t thank her enough! Will definitely be the Salan I go to from now on.

My 3rd Visit. Great haircut, a bit disappointed with the toner this time. Was wanting it grey but was more brown. Early days with experimenting with the different toners.

Great professional place with a relaxed fun atmosphere. All the stylists are not just qualified but very experienced . Clients go out of Poppys with both practical styles and some with cool creative styles . They offer hair extensions and treatments. Poppys also offer a discreet service for clients who require help with hair/ scalp difficulties including a wide variety of wigs. Coffee is good too.

I’ve always used this salon & Tracy since the day they opened & would never go anywhere else. Tracy and all the staff always make me feel like I’m a friend and i always come away feeling great and feeling “ younger !” Haha

Yet another happy hair appointment from Chloe. She's so lovely and easy to talk to and has a good idea on what would look good and what wouldn't (when discussing slight changes to the current style). I don't always have to know what I want when I see Chloe but she always gets it right. Love coming here and it's the only hairdressers I've been to to have consistently positive experiences.

Chloe is Amazing at what she does. She knows my hair very well so she knew exactly how to layer my hair right when I asked for a zillion layers, which for my hair type wasn’t the best idea. It’s lovely to go see someone who is so lovely as a person. When I was looking for a hairdresser last year I was anxious because meeting new people with my mental health can really be a challenge for me mentally but Chloe honestly is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met & put me at ease straight away. I won’t be going anywhere else! Hopefully Chloe doesn’t get sick of me ?
