Very good and relaxing

This is a great local salon that offers fab value fir money. Really flexible and can usually fit me in st short notice. Staff really friendly and helpful.

It was my first visit to the salon. Had highlights and a cut. Very pleased with the service and felt well looked after. I've struggled to find a hairdresser I like in the past but would return here again.

I went to have my hair cut at Deep in Ingleby Barwick for the first time-courtesy of a Deep gift voucher from my thoughtful daughter for my birthday. It was an excellent experience all round-from a warm welcome as soon as I set foot in the door to the welcome massage (and a welcome cup.of tea!) to the wash and cubits elf. Stacey my hairdresser for the day took time to understand my thoughts on what I wanted doing and interprteed them perfectly with some good advice of her own too. I was delighted with the end result-as were my wife and daughter so thubs up all round. Thank you very much indeed to Stacey - and the very friendly receptionist too whose name I didn't catch. ????????????

Went for highlights and cut with Ruby. Really pleased with colour and cut. Ruby really friendly and gave a great customer experience

A perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment you step through the door to when you leave with your new 'do' the staff do their utmost to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Love my new style.

Had my hair cut, coloured, blow dried and straightened by Kendall today. Very pleased with it. All the staff at Ingleby Barwick Deep are very friendly and loved the welcome and second head and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing. Thankyou

I have been in to deep today for a cut and blow dry with ruby. Really happy with the result and have to say that all the staff are always friendly. A big thank you to ruby for being so happy and cheerful even though I was her last customer of the day at 7.15 pm. I had an appointment with Ruby this afternoon for a complete restyle and ombré colour.
My experience at the salon was wonderful. Ruby was very attentive and I couldn't be happier with the result. I feel like a new woman!

Thank you Hayley for my new look today at Deep in Ingleby Barwick. First time I have used the salon and found it excellent. Great service, no waiting, very polite and capable team and nothing was too much trouble...including a lovely complimentary massage and café latte! It can be difficult to move salons but I was made very welcome and was not disappointed with my colour and cut and blowdry. Oh and the easy and free parking was a bonus along with good avaliability for appointments. Thank you, looking forward to the next time!

I have been visiting Deep Hairdressing for several years now. I am really pleased to say all the staff provide an excellent and relaxing experience at each visit. They always provide a first class hair cut, new style and colour. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. 10 out of 10 to all the lovely ladies and gentlemen stylists at Deep!

Having just moved to Ingleby it was the first time I had taken my 12 year old twin daughters to have their hair cut at Deep. As you can imagine they were a little nervous as they thought their old hairdresser was amaizing.
I'm pleased to say I have 2 very happy girls with lovely hair cuts and blow dries.
They even said when we came out we will have to remember her name was Kayleigh she was really nice and we love our hair.

Came to see Krissie last minute appointment which was fab 2 weeks before Xmas and love my hair! :she has cut my daughters hair and was so impressed I'd try and will be coming back to see her!

Popped in by chance whilst waiting for car to be valetted and asked if I could get a haircut. Lovely salon and service was excellent, as was the haircut. However, I only got a dry cut mostly with a razor and bearing in mind I'm a balding middle aged man I was astounded to be charged £22.50. I normally get it cut for less than a tenner in Yarm, so guess I won't be back. Shame.

I am a new customer as deep hairdressing and was given a 50% off new customers voucher. I phoned up to book my appointment and check I could use it which the woman on the phone confirmed was fine. However when it came to paying they refused to accept this stating that they do not use these vouchers in December. However it does not say this on the voucher. This was an expensive style and bad customer service!

I'm always well looked after when I visit Deep in Ingleby Barwick. The staff tend to every need are always friendly and I enjoy my complimentary bottle of premium beer. The haircuts are first rate too!

I booked an appointment for half head re-growth foils/cut and blow dry. At the time of booking I was quoted £42 (and a few pence) as Beth is a student, which I was happy with. Beth did a really good job and I'm happy with my hair. My problem came at the till when I was asked to pay £65! When I asked why I was told it was because I'd had a toner put on my hair. The lady told me she would remove the cost of the toner because I hadn't been quoted for it. My bill then became £54 - still £12 more than I was expecting. Not wanting to argue about money and from sheer embarrassment I paid the bill. I was Very disappointed and unfortunately Beth didn't get a tip

Lovely welcome from both the receptionist and my stylist Ruby. Ruby listened to what I wanted and new exactly the colour that I needed. My hair is very long and thick, so takes a lot of time to colour and cut, but I never feel that I am takinup too much time, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Ruby is a fab stylist, always chatting and smiling. Looking forward to my next appointments.

i recently booked in with krissie for my gents cut and after only ever using Barbour's i was surprised at how much better the treatment is in a salon krissie made me feel very welcome and made an effort to chat to me, also done a great job of my hair!!

safe to say i will be booking in with krissie again in the future very impressed by service, value, quailty, cleanliness and atmophere!!!

Went to Jayde today and I couldn't be happier. Had really bad highlights from another salon and a cut that I wasn't happy with. Jayde totally corrected the colour, gave me exactly what I wanted the cut is fantastic. Hair feels so soft and healthy. So happy. Thank you Jayde.

My boys aged 14 and 12 are happy with their hair styles done by Hayley , she is patient and friendly . I would recommend her .

Absolutely over the moon with my hair, looks fabulous! Advised me to stay away from a full head of bleach and have me half a head of highlights! So glad I let her do what she wanted look absolutely lush!
