Had an idea in mind which I discussed with James who made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. James has created the look I wanted and much more by checking out ideas with me along the way. Highly recommended!!

After a difficult two years battling breast cancer and losing all my hair this was the first time I'd been back to the hairdressers.
I came out feeling so much better and have had a few compliments too!

It was my first time at the salon. James was very welcoming. I sometimes have difficulty with people getting my fine but thick hair to lie nicely but the cut is beautiful. Great job, I will definitely be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. The first time discount was an added bonus.

As usual, excellent service at this salon. Professional cut and colour that I'm proud to show off. I can't recommend this salon enough a big thank you to my stylist James. The loyalty card is a great idea, proving that regular clients are valued.

I have never had my hair coloured before so I was a little nervous about having it dyed. I went for copper colour ombréd into blonde. My natural colour is light brown so this was a big change. The girl who did my hair was so lovely and very helpful. She did an amazing job of my hair and it was quite a tricky job. The price was even better!! With the discount I only had to pay £30 and it was the best £30 I have ever spent!! Love my new hair and I will definitely be going back. Thank you xoxox

Half head foils and blow dry then curled with straighteners. It looked gorgeous after it was done, everytime I have come out of the salon loving the end result! Everyone is so friendly and polite in there, would highly recommend this salon!

First time at Deep in Ingleby, I just have to say the service I received was fantastic! Everybody working there was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The stylist Jayde offered her advice on what to do with my hair, making suggestions when asked, and carried out my hair professionally.
I left with a brand new hair do, and felt very well looked after. I will be attending again, and I couldn't fault jayde she was brilliant. Thank you!

I have been getting my hair cut here for several years and the staff are always of an excellent standard, they are friendly and efficient but most of all I have always walked out with beautiful hair.

Absolutely love my hair! Not only that but I loved the full experience. Ruby is so lovely and makes everyone feel comfortable, I will definitely be recommending her! I felt so comfortable and had a lovely time with her. Had so many compliments already and I only left the salon an hour ago!

I was recommended by a colleague from work to try out Deep in Ingleby as she said they were excellent, and she wasn't wrong!
Jade restyled my hair and took me from feeling mummsy to back feeling yummy!
All staff were very friendly great comfortable atmosphere.
Im going back to have a colour and definitely will have Deep as my regular hairdressers, if you have never been you need too :)

Hair colour and cut with ruby at ingleby barwick salon this morning. She did a great job and was lovely and friendly. Id definitely recommend her and the salon. Was made to feel very welcome and i especially liked the welcome massage. Thank you

I was a little hesitant at first as it was my first time there and they all looked so young and gorgeous! Stepping in, though, I found the atmosphere very welcoming, calm and it was so clean. The background music was at a very acceptable level to enable conversation. I was immediately shown to a seat and offered complimentary refreshments - a pot of tea with biscuits.

Jayde came and introduced herself - she sat beside me, shook my hand and we talked about what I wanted, what would work, and made me feel like she'd known me for ever. She had similar hair type to mine, which is why the person who first took my call recommended her.

That first person, incidentally, was absolutely first class. Very polite, friendly and very professional.

Another young person came over and offered me a massage - she had clearly trained in Indian Head Massage techniques and was perfect. She washed my hair - again using recognised IHM techniques; returned me to my chair and continued the seco

Very happy with mine and my daughters hair cuts with Beth. She has done a super job. Lovely atmosphere and a nice latte!

Although I can find the salon expensive sometimes, every time I visit I always feel my hair has had the best treatment. Ruby is super and makes sure you leave happy with your cut/colour.

I go to another hairdressers but wasn't very happy with my last colour so fancied a change.
Was worried about using someone new, but I was definitely pleased with the results. Very professional and up to date.. Lovely friendly staff.
Just a shame it isn't always 50% off ????

Before I met Jayde I just had lots of hair. Since having her cut & colour my hair I finally have a hair style & people comment on how good it looks.

Jayde has been styling my hair now for a few years and every time I am pleased with what she done. I leave it in her capable hands and I feel 100% confident I will like it. I would certainly recommend this salon as all the staff are friendly and make me feel very welcome.

Took my 6 year old son with me to have our haircuts. As usual James was professional, pleasant & did a good job, my son had a bad experience when he was younger and getting his haircut was always a traumatic experience for everyone involved James is great with him and now my son won't have his haircut by anyone else.

Loved my hair today! Tiny problem about the chairs being quite close together as someone else's hair was blow dried into my coffee! *bork* but this was kindly replaced! The haircut was fab though. Kendall did a great job. It suits me, it's a big change, but I love it. Thank you!

Hi there.
I know feed back is important and just to say I am not completely happy.
The stylist I had was lovely and no fault to her but I am not happy with the colour and I did say I wanted my roots coloured which are still dark.I though she may have dabbed my roots after the highlights went on and I am sorry I didn't ask when I was in. I am never this dark and I should I have told her less brown. Sorry about this.

First time I'd visited the salon on recommendation of my daughter. Even though it was early evening on a Friday night before Christmas, staff were all very friendly and full and energy. I thoroughly enjoyed the salon experience, loved my 'new hair', many thanks to Kallum and all the staff.
