I've been coming to Deep for some time now. I used to dread having my hair cut at other salons, since visiting for the first time I knew I'd be back.

Kallum knows exactly what I'm after each time I visit, he's given me the confidence I need from a great hairdresser. Worth the 30 mile drive for this salon experience.

I have been a client a few years now. The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. In particular Kallum is exceptional, great at listening and offers suggestions and advice, a true professional. Claire on reception always greets me with a smiling face and a warm welcome. Highly recommended salon.

I had an appointment with ruby this morning. She was fantastic! She made me feel at ease that my hair was in good hands. I got a colour and cut and I'm so happy with it. I'll definitely be back again. :)

Deep staff are enthusiastic about their work and therefore customers get an excellent service. Lovely welcome massage before an excellent haircut...never disappointed.

Had my hair cut blow dried and half head lowlights today. Excellent as always. Kallum takes time to explain, is polite and friendly excellent experience thank you.

This was my first visit to deep and I will definitely be returning. There was a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were amazing and made me feel at ease even when opting for a drastic change. And most importantly I love my new hair!!

Very busy but this did not detract from the friendly efficient service.

Always a good experience and very good overall experience

I've been going to Deep for a few years, at least 3, and as usual it's always a great experience. My personal favourite is Kallum as a) he makes me look good after every visit and b) he's a genuinely nice person that's easy to chat to do getting my hair done also means catching up with him. It might seem very chummy, but Kallum is the consummate professional and a real asset to Deep.
That being said, all the staff is great and the owners of the salon have wonderful employees who ensure clients return time and te again.

I always have a professional experience with kallum. I trust his judgement and feel confident that he will always do a good job and he does. I like the way he remembers things about you which for me makes it more than just a salon visit.

Lovely friendly staff, kept checking I was OK and if I wanted any more drinks.

Following a consultation with my stylist, James, the week before I arrived at the salon to be immediately seated.
We recapped on the consultation and so began my first salon experience in longer than I remember.
James was really friendly and gave me tips throughout regarding styling and products. The end result is a new hair style and colour that I'm over the moon with. I'll definitely be using Deep Hairdressing again.

Came to see Kallum and has been doing my hair a long time and it's always amazing when he does it and makes me feeling rally happy.
I recommend anyone to go and see him as truly amazing xx

Very good 1st visit. Kallum was my stylist. I had cut and 1/2 head foil highlights. Excellent value at 50% off for 1st time. Very busy but appreciate its a Friday. I'm not too keen when someone else has to do some of the drying/straightening but that was the only negative. Will be back. Thank you

Callum cut and finished my hair today for the first time. I can only say thank you Callum, a first class cut and a relaxing experience. I literally fell asleep whilst having my hair washed-just what I needed today completed by a good cut that was noticed by others. Well done!

Had my hair done at the salon at ingleby on sat by James he was very professional and attentive. The blow dry was excellent and style stayed in all day, even after walking home in that awful wind.
My only disappointment was that I was expecting more of a contrast in the colours that were put on my hair looks more like the colour is pritty much the same throughout

Hi I think James does a fabulous job with my hair and he is a nice guy too. I think the incentive to increase customers is great but I'm dreading the prices going to normal price as they are high. I will stay with James though he is a great stylist and listens to what I want. Thanks

When visiting deep I had a full head of highlights and a cut and finish. My appointment was at 12 but I was not seen too until 12:30 but this was due to another customers arriving 30 mins late for their appointment. The service was amazing and it was a throughly enjoyable experience. My hair was cut by Ruby who is just lovely and is very good at her job, I would recommend her to everyone. My hair looked 1000 times better once I had left the salon. Thank you very much.
