Wasn't sure what to expect when I received gift vouchers for a 'hair tutorial' but it was a great great! Sammie had the patience of a saint and took her time to help me to understand how to curl my hair initially and then put it up with minimal effort. From the welcome massage to end product it was really relaxed and a useful experience. I was able to ask any questions as stupid and simple as some were and Sammie had the answers. I really appreciate all of the advice and tips I was given, and just hope I can remember it all when trying myself! Thank you so much ????

I was really happy from start to finish with the way I was treated and my new hair cut is gorgeous. I can't wait for my next appointment.

My stylist was great as usual, even in difficult circumstances, she did her best to make sure my experience was positive. However, there were only 2 stylists in the salon, answering the phones, sweeping the floor, making the coffee and trying to do their actual jobs too. This meant they were being pulled away from clients to see to other tasks. I don’t know whose idea it was to leave them without a receptionist or even a trainee but it was a bad one.

The haurcut etc is fine - the prices are far too expensive in comparison with other salons. Think myself and my 2 daughters will be looking elsewhere.

I always receive excellent treatment with Chelsea. I have had Chelsea cut my hair for years now ..and I really am fussy about my hair so that really does say alot about her consistent excellent talent and service. Will miss her while she's on maternity .
