Visited today with my daughter, both of us had cut and blow dry with Hanna, she really listened to what we wanted, so happy with the results. Such a friendly salon, Sarah the manager was really attentive too, definitely making this salon my regular

Live in London, visit my Mother in Norton twice a year. Always go to Deep for a haircut as know they listen to me and do what I ask (with advice obviously!). Went a few weeks ago and Alex gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She took on-board my comments about the 'weird kinks' and cut my hair to allow for this. Best thing was I was in and out in 50 minutes! Don't really enjoy haircuts so this was brilliant. Can't recommend them enough. Well done Deep. Professional, friendly and great at cutting hair.

I was persuaded to go to Deep by my wife, previously I had gone to barbers shops only. My hairdresser has been Hannah for the most part. Excellent Salon, centrally located, nice and bright inside. Excellent service from everyone concerned. Always very welcoming. Hannah is an excellent hairdresser. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Thorough consultation, excellent suggestions for an updo that would survive a day through to evening wedding reception and a fantastic style and finish. Style lasted throughout the day and even survived the dancing and merriment of the evening. Another Salon wrecked my hair... and for about a year ive been putting off getting my hair done by anyone else. Hannah has been cutting my autistic sons hair for just over a year (god send) and with a special occasion on the horizon I knew it was time to bite the bullet and get mine sorted. I walked in with realistic expectations (concave bob most likely) and came out so very very happy and not with a bob at all. I cant recommend the place enough!

Loved my cut and finish with Beth. Very professional and she made me feel relaxed. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Would highly recommend Beth and I will most definitely be back.

Visit for both my daughter and I to Deep Norton and both received beautiful cuts and curls from the always lovely Bobbi Leigh. Bobbi is always patient with my 6 year old daughter who likes to look around while she is getting her hair cut. She takes the time to talk to her about what she'd like and treats her like a mini grown up which she loves. Would definitely recommend this salon and in particular Bobbi Leigh

Had a really nice experience here. Quite nervous about going to a new salon after going to the same one for over ten years but Chelsea and the staff made me feel really comfortable and she styled my hair exactly as I'd hoped. Thanks!!

I have had my first appointment at the deep hair salon in Norton. My stylist was Beth and I went in for a restyle. Beth was very professional, friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service I have received and will be recommending and using this salon from now on.

I have been coming here for just over 6 months and wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair.
Chelsea is fabulous and so professional. I never feel rushed in here and every member of staff have been consistently friendly every time I've been.
My hair is the best it has ever been. Chelsea always takes the time to ask how my hair is and if I've had any problems and always gives great advice on how to care for and style my hair!

Only dropped in to have my fringe trimmed but Beth gave make a great trim and blow dry. I'm ready for my holiday now. Thanks Beth very professional

Hannah blow-dry my hair today.She done my hair lovely and smooth. My hair has a horrible kink in it and I can't never get it as smooth. Hannah was very friendly and chatty.

Chatty and friendly.. After coming home and running my fingers thro my hair i noticed that I needed a tiny bit more from one side ( just thining ) as it is a concave bob. I rang and asked if I could pop down. Alyx said not a problem pop in asap n I'll get it sorted out for you! Thank you for getting me in so quick and so happy with my hair xx

Recently visited Deep Hairdressing in Norton for cut and colour. As ever, Chelsea knew what was needed and also what I wanted and was able to do just that. Whilst not cheap, I never fail to be impressed and very happy with the outcome.

Great experience. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the friendly stylists. I find going to the hairdressers a bit intimidating, not unlike the anxiety inducing visits to the dentists, but my anxieties soon subsided.

Hanna, my stylist, was a pleasure to talk to and is very talented at job. I am very happy with the result and will definitely be returning.

I always love coming to Deep to get my hair done.
Unfortunately today my usual hairdresser was unwell so was unable to do my hair, a few hours before I got a phone call from the salon manager explaining this to me and offered me a few options. I picked to see someone new which I was sceptical about but she was wonderful (I can't remember her name sorry) my hair is gorgeous and I am really happy. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you

After going to different hairdressers for years and never 100% happy I tried Deep & now I wouldn't go anywhere else - Bobbi is fab!

Do not make a complaint. You will be told that you hair does not look right because you have not used the recommended products and you have not styled it as the hair dresser did. Would not go back.
