Deep Hairdressing Norton

Brought my daughter into the salon today and from start to finish she never stopped smiling! All of the staff were so attentive to her, and especially Chelsea who in her words gave her the best haircut ever! Cutting her long hair into a bob has definitely made her weekend....thank you!

Chelsea is an excellent hair dresser...she gives me her advice and opinion and I'm always happy with the finished result. All staff are friendly in deep Norton and always willing to help. As I'm writing a review I have to mention melony who's in charge of training on a Tuesday...Melony is a lovely person who is so helpful with great advice

Lovely experience in the salon today. Welcomed, seated and had a coffee in my hand promptly. I felt like I had a lengthy consultation before hand. Discussing colours and styles and I was given a professional opinion which gave me confidence in Rachael my stylist. Rachael was very friendly and easy to chat to and explained every product that was used and the benefits it would have on my hair (I left buying nearly all of them). The finished colour and cut was exactly like we had discussed and I am thrilled. Looking forward to another salon experience with Rachael when my roots start to pop through! Huge 10/10!

Every time I visit this salon I'm always warmed and welcomed by the staff. Alyx who has done my hair each visit has been fantastic in explaining what steps are going to be taken to reach my hair goals. You're waited on hand and foot whilst there with plenty of refreshments. My hair has exceeded my expectations every time I've been and I'm amazed at the job they do. Highly recommend this salon not only for the brilliant job on hair but for the friendly, professional staff that make the visit more pleasurable.

As always it was a pleasure to come for a cut & blow dry with Mel, her attention to detail and knowledge is what keeps me coming back again and again. I'd definitely recommend her to a friend, as cutting and styling a short hair style of someone who has alopecia is a tall order, which she manages to do every time.

I had a men's cut and finish by Hannah. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was offered refreshments. Hannah took the time to find out what I wanted from my haircut. The hair wash was good and quick. The haircut was great and I'be already booked my next appointment. Happily recommend to anyone.

I was welcomed in a professional but friendly manner by the staff which included Hannah, who cit my hair and Tammy who washed my hair and provided a head massage. I enjoyed a complementary drink of orange juice and was made to feel comfortable.
Hannah cut my hair to order and was pleasant and sociable throughout and cut my hair yo perfection.
I expect to continue my patronage at Deep as all the staff are excellent both in their work and making a hair cut a sociable event.

Melanie has cut my hair twice now. The first a big change for me after my hair was thinning post baby with half my hair cut off to look in better condition. The second, shaping my hair and doing exactly the things I wanted to get back to being more 'me'. The welcome massage was amazing too. I've never had a bad trip to this salon. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stylist was very good and chatty. Massage was lovely. Hair wash was not so good and the girl pulled my hair a few times. I think she had long nails. That was the problem. Usually s lovely all round experience. I did tell her she was pulling a few times but think she only heard me once.

Well I have been going to deep for about 3-4 years now and the service is still a very high standard and there are some great people who work there. Wayne cut my hair today he is an asset to this salon always very friendly and professional and makes a hair cut in to an enjoyable half hour chat.

Had my cut by Hannah who listened and explained what she would do and kept checking i was happy with the outcome. Very friendly salon. Lady who washed my hair gave a lovely relaxing massage. I am very happy with the cut its exactly what i wanted and i will be happy to return. Hannah is really nice and understood what i wanted and made me feel at ease.
