Lovely to see Chelsea. Fantastic haircut as always. Her attention to detail is so good and always does a perfect job. All staff very welcoming.

Great colour, great cut, great experience. Only complaint is the decision not to use towels anymore.

Always an excellent service from the moment you walk through the door to when you walk back out again, feeling like a new woman. The quality of the cut and the finished product is always great along with the banter. Would never hesitate to recommend this salon. Caters for all regardless of age and makes everyone feel special.

The Deep hairdressing Norton salon is first class service, I have been going to this salon for over a year and I love it. I usually see either Hannah, Lauren or Rachel depending on who is available when I book my appointment and they all do a fantastic job!!!! I get blonde highlights and lowlights and I always walk out of the salon with perfect hair!! They are all lovely girls who work in the Norton salon.

Loved my hair today, last minute appointment fitted me in straight away and fab result after Bobbi had worked her magic and stripped it and got me back to a natural looking brown, 4 hours was deffinatly worth it. Thank you so much! X

Cannot fault the service I get everytime I go to Deep. The staff are amazing! Even when the salon is so busy they always give customers their full attention. Hanna knows exactly what style and colour suits me and I am always happy to trust her judgement. The trainees are always helpful and are learning from the best! Keep up the good work!

Just been to get my hair done by Lauren at deep Norton , she was lovely listened to exactly what I wanted recommended the best colour/treatment and gave me the exact look I wanted a thoroughly pleasent experience would definitely recommend and booked my 2 daughters and my next appointment already, thank you Lauren.

I had a cut and blow with Wayne today, very friendly and listens to exactly what you want, very pleased with my overall hair cut and will definitely return! I have also had my hair done by Chelsea and Alyx and again both times i have came out extremely happy with everything!

Wayne & the girls at Deep Norton are fantastic. The atmosphere in the salon is always relaxed, warm & friendly. Attention to detail is exceptional, Gemma makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door . Wayne is professional and always listens to what I'd like, offering excellent (and honest!) advice on styles and colours. I've also had my hair done by Bobby & Alex and would highly recommend them both too.

My appointment was with Wayne on 12.3.16 at the Norton branch. He was so warm and welcoming and listened to what I was after. I had a wonderful head massage and my hair washed and conditioned in luxury shampoo that smelt beautiful followed by another head massage.
I had taken my 5 year old and the staff were brilliant with him too and spoke to him kindly despite him being over excited.
The cut of my hair is excellent and many people commented on it throughout the day. It's still light and bouncy eight hours later. I am really impressed and pleased by Wayne's work that I'll be recommending him to everyone.

Nice welcome, quickly provided with seat, drink and magazine then excellent cut with Hannah. Only disappointment not given 50% discount as new customer as stated on website (should state clearly this offer has finished).

We walked into the salon this morning, unexpected, after a holiday abroad. Much as we love sun and swimming, it seems to ruin everyone's hair! Bobby seemed to effortlessly sort all 3 of us out as quick as a flash, and we now all have somehow got 'normal' hair again. Friendly and professional as ever, and without even making appointments. Went to Wayne for the first time to have my colour changed from ombré to pink. WOW! Totally love it. He did an amazing job and didn't finish until he was completely happy with the colour. Fab!!

I am not a lover of getting my hair done usually as it is curly however my first experience of DEEP hairdressers Norton was excellent. I was made to feel welcome and not forgotten about as I arrived early. Wayne was my hairdresser and he was very informative re. What cut, shampoo/conditioner and what colour would be best. I have come away with fab hair and more knowledge in the best way to look after it. Plus as I was recommended by a friend i got some money off and as I work for the Nhs I got a further 10% off. Worth every penny!!

Lovely experience as usual love the colour. Great consultation all views exchanged and mutual decision arrived at. Always feel fully informed. Alex introduced herself and very skilled and friendly as are all staff. Ps coffee much apreciated x

Went to Norton salon and had my hair done by Alex. Great cut. Massage was a nice extra and service was great. Also as it was my first time I got 50% off the bill!

Went in with bright red and black hair after a home hair dye accident and came out with shiny purple hair and a new fringe! Excellent service and love my new hair! ????

I have had more hair shampoos than I care to remember, but sorry to say that the standard I have received since I changed to Deep has been below standard. I felt so strongly about it that I asked Rachael if she could possibly shampoo my hair. She agreed and she was superb. May I suggest that she trains your junior staff to follow her technique as the shampoo is an important part of the visit it should be to a better standard.

I absolutely love Hannah doing my hair she's so friendly and approachable. Always does an amazing job. I always had a little bit of 'hairdresser phobia' and never really enjoyed going to other salons, until going to deep. Fabulous salon, all the staff are lovely- I highly recommend deep in norton and I am looking forward to my next visit a proper treat to myself thanks Hannah ????

Id had long hair (below bra) for nearly 20yrs and decided I needed a change. I couldn't be bothered anymore with the amount of time styling it and always tied it up.
Id gone to Deep at ingleby few years back and was always pleased with the standard of cut, style and often asked for Wayne
So when going for such a drastic change this time round, I knew Wayne was the only stylist I trusted!
Wayne was now at norton salon, was first time id been here and I loved it, good atmosphere, stylish decor. Staff were friendly. I was seen to straight away, And Wayne did a fantastic cut - I love it! My hair was in safe hands. I'll definitely be back ????.
