As always made to feel at home and again a wonderful outcome with my hair !!! The massage chair is amazing !!

First time at this particular chapter one salon situated in Haddington; normally I frequent Eskbank or Newtongrange. However, still the same up-market service I’ve come to expect from Paul and his team. Highly recommend....

Great to see Paul and the team. Toughest of times for local businesses and we need to fully support them all. Such a relief to get a haircut after three months. A 50+ man with an alice band is just wrong!

So nice to be back! I was very impressed with the precautions in place- felt really safe whilst still very efficient and a relaxing experience.

This was my second visit to the salon. James has given me another fantastic cut. The customer service you receive is the highest standard I’ve experienced and the new safety procedures due to COVID are brilliant, this doesn’t diminish from the overall experience at all. This is the first time I have returned to the same salon in 5 years. Thank you, I look forward to my next appointment.

I was welcomed into the salon and the new procedures were explained to me. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my visit. Cameron is fantastic and I am very happy with my haircut.

Wonderful haircut lovely service in a fabulous setting so relaxing and plenty of space so social distancing no problem. As for the massage chair when getting your hair washed wee bit of luxury and great value for money.

I have been to many salons through out my hair journey and I can hands down say that visiting Chapter one hair & spa Haddington salon has been the best. From the amazing welcoming staff through to the professional products. The calming yet lively atmosphere makes you feel relaxed throughout your appointment and with the staff checking in on you for any further needs, makes it more than a 5 star service. James knew exactly what I was looking for with my appointment and talked me through the steps, which always helps when you’re making a change. I’ve come away happy, with rebooking in again for my next appointment. I can’t wait already to be back. Thank you to the Chapter one hair & spa team for an amazing experience.

I thoroughly enjoy the New Salon in Haddington. It is not as convenient as Dalkeith.Im willing to travel a few extra milesto get a great Hairdresser !
James is so experienced I'm 100% confident and at ease with his skills. My hair just gets better and better with every visit. I get so many compliments about my hair.

Plus the New backlash Chairs have the Best massage I've ever experienced.

Today was my second appointment with James and I cannot recommend him and the Haddington team highly enough. James has transformed my hair twice now going from blonde - pink - grey and I have been thrilled each time. The new salon is beautiful too and the massage chairs add an extra touch of comfort to your visit!

I have been to the new salon twice now in haddington. James is fantastic at creating exactly what you want, very friendly and professional service. The salon is fresh clean and looks amazing and very contemporary. All staff are very friendly and chatty and make you feel very relaxed and welcome. I highly recommend chapter one for a first class salon experience, the massage chairs are a added bonus for relaxation.
