I look forward to my 8 weekly appointment, Kaitlin is lovely, she cuts my hair beautifully and her head massage is so relaxing, I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived and my hair looks great too!

Ann works so patiently and kindly with my daughter who has GAD and often struggles in public settings where there are people she doesn’t know and general busyness. My daughter now looks forward to her salon visits and her confidence has grown. She loves how her hair is cut and styled. A very happy customer!

Kaitlin is a fabulous stylist who really puts you at your ease if you are anxious. A really knowledgable person who pays attention to detail. Salon is a nicely presented space with a high standard.

Ann is the most talented hairdresser I have ever known. I have very short hair and her colouring, styling and attention to detail is exquisite. There is not a week goes by when I don't get a comment from a stranger about how lovely my hair is.
Ann is a perfectionist and her treatments make my blonde hair feel like silk, where other hairdressers have left it like straw. Her talent and experience is second to none. (Along with her head massages!). She is an absolute credit to the lovely team at Unique.

We will miss Rachael. She has been so kind and patient with my daughter who has anxiety issues. She worked with my daughter to ensure she had the haircut she wanted and my daughter was always so pleased with it.

Unique offers a calm and relaxing environment and Kaitlin is an excellent hairdresser.

John is always very welcoming and always cuts and styles my hair the way I like it. Everyone I meet remark on the cut.

I was conscious my hair was darker than I had asked for and didn't match the pictures I showed, but felt it looked OK despite this. However, getting to work and looking at it properly it looks so coppery and red which was what I was particular about not wanting and expressed this has happened before. I feel I've now got a hair colour I was trying to avoid; I wanted mostly warm blonds over the dark.

I won't be returning as I'm now going to have to get it corrected to be less red.
