First time with nikki today, lovely lady. Definitely be booking in with her again. Good vibe in the salon and all staff are lovely.

Nice salon, friendly staff and I love my hair that I had coloured and cut today.

I went for a hair dye after booking a two hour slot. The lady who was dealing with me had no knowledge of hair dye. I have black hair and to dye it brown I need a bleach first. I told her that but she disagreed and went straight and put the dye on. After 2 hours of waiting and wash there was no colour that came on. Another lady then came and told me that I need a to get a bleach done first and I need a four hour slot for that.
If I had been listened to at first and advised correctly I wouldn't have wasted my two hours and would have just cancelled the 2 hour slot and m rebooked a 4 hour one instead. There is no proper communication between staff and they don't listen to their clients.
Definitely not going here again. Very very disappointed.

Was not happy with my wig i bought after i had my Chemo treatment only wore it twice and it was moving not feeling right so rang the salon got appt straight away was taken through to private room shown how to put my wig on properly and trimmed how i wanted it and really well looked after thankyou so much losing all your hair is very stressful apart from the cancer and i was made to feel very special thankyou yiu so much xx

Absolutely loved it. Great service, really good cut and finish. They took their time to make sure the cut was how I wanted it. Will definitely be returning.

Only negative thing I would have to say is the appointment was nearly an hour later than supposed to be to start.

I'm always reluctant going to a new salon as I've had so many bad experiences but I absolutely love it here! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. I've been going to Nikki and she does a fantastic job. Customer for life now!

Myfirst time at this salon, I found Alexanders very welcoming and the hairdresser informative and pleasant but I was not offered a drink and when we was talking she kept talking to other staff and cut me off like this several times, which I found quite rude.

I absolutely love my hair, very happy with it!

I usually have my hair done by Alex but last week Nicki did my tint and blow dry and I am very happy with the result. Although the salon did not have its usual buzz but that may have been because it was a quiet afternoon.

Loved my visit today with Alex and Nikki they both made me feel very welcome ! Alex gave me the confidence to carry on with my life after loosing my hair I thought my world had ended he is a top guy and brilliant and cutting into wigs . Today Nikki who he has trained to cut wigs did one for me today for the first time I was so nervous incase she didn’t do the same job as Alex . I can honestly say she was fantastic I am so pleased with the result Alex sat and guided her step by step she listened to everything he said and was amazing ? so I would like to thank you both from the bottom of my heart without you guys my life wouldn’t be worth living ??

I visited first r a colour and cut and blow dry. Salon is very big but nicely laid out. Stylist was knowledgable and helpful. Everyone was pleasant. Had a nice latte and biscuit. Overall was very pleased with results. Bought some Christmas presents from one of the displays

I'm so picky when it comes to my hair so I'm always nervous when I go to the hairdresser's! Today, Nikki did my hair and I'm so so happy with the result! I felt very relaxed throughout my visit.. the staff were all so friendly and the salon had such a welcoming, laid back atmosphere - I'll definitely be going back.

5 Star ⭐️ service. I love a makeover. Colour perfect.

Firstly I won a colour cut and blow-dry from a coffee morning, so was very excited to be booking in at Alexander's. Although I don't colour my hair they offered a treatment instead so I was pleased with that. I do live at the other end of town so was a little put out that the consultation I was told I had to have lasted around 3 minutes after travelling for 30 mins and then to go back home again. However all staff really friendly.
On the day of my appointment I was kept waiting for 30 mins and no one said anything in that time I was then told they had been busy. Riley who put the treatment on my hair was lovely, very chatty and knowledgeable about the products, got me a drink whilst waiting for 30 mins under the heat lamp (although it would have been nice to have magazines offered to me, especially as I had also left my phone at home).
My cut and blow-dry felt very rushed, it was all done within 25 minutes, it simply was a cut with no shaping etc and I've never experienced that before. Again very friendly but I I can't help but feel disappointed. Maybe it was because I wasn't a paying customer as such.
I've put value as 5 as it was a prize, however I don't know what the cost would have been.

As a new customer I always feel a bit nervous going to a new salon but from getting in to the salon to leaving I felt so welcome and at ease, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. I had a half a head of highlights and a cut and blow dry, which I love, very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend going to this salon x

Good value for money, Chloe was lovely, though I discovered when I got home that my hair hasn’t been cut straight unfortunately.

Nicky was absolutely wonderful with our little boy who is very reluctant to get his hair cut. Nicky took the time to talk to him to work out what she could do that he would be pleased with whilst fulfilling our brief too! Hadn’t had a hair cut in over a year, Chloe made me feel comfortable and at ease. The end result was perfect couldn’t have asked for better.

Hi I had a hair cut the other week.
The person that did mine only started 2 weeks and I was not happy. I was left with un even hair, dead ends and more.
And that she thought so could get 25 pounds from me for a cut, I know your a high end hairdressers salon but the last 3 times I went I got told pounds.

Really enjoyed getting my hair done here staff was lovely and talked me through everything got what I asked for and the after care was very encouraging would recommend ?
