Booked an appointment with Nikki I’m nervous of having my hair done due to my disability but she was lovely as were all the staff making me feel relaxed. I have booked to go back and would highly recommend and thank you for my lovely haircut and your advice

Nice experience, was well looked after loved my hair colour, just a little to much finishing product for me but that a personal choice.

Vibrant, lively salon with friendly staff. Nicky was wonderful and I left the salon with a gorgeous fresh new do.

Friendly, welcoming Salon, Nicky is lovely, really friendly. I’m really pleased with my hair, loved how she talked me through what she’d done and why. I had a groupon offer.

I’ve not been to hairdressers for years (they’re scary!) but after hacking my own hair for so long, I felt it was time to be brave and let a professional sort it out. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised, from the amazing back wash to the lovely Nicky, I felt calm and happy, a lovely job, well done. I will definitely be back!

I had not met Monica before but she was very warm and friendly. She did an excellent blow dry and I am very pleased.

I went to Alexander for two braids and the lady that was doing my hair took five times to try and do the braids they end up being horrible and so wonky so they fall out and I paid 5 pounds for nothing?! I will make sure that I never go there AGAIN!

Chloe did a great job with my hair, I was really happy with my cut & blow dry. I have only given four stars for service, as I wished I had received a longer head massage . I also only put four stars for atmosphere too , only because the music was a little too loud for me , I like to feel chilled and relaxed when having my hair done . I must say though at least it was a great choice of music ha ha . Overall this is a lovely friendly salon and I would definitely recommend it. Thankyou Chloe for a great service.

Booked through groupon, first visit to the salon. I ended up with the manager as the stylist I booked was sick, this was a pleasant surprise!! Alexander was excellent and although the colour was slightly different to what I’m used to,it was good to listen to his expertise and come out of my comfort zone!
Salon very welcoming which was really important to me as I always feel nervous when going to a new salon for the first time. All staff friendly but especially Riley and Alexander who both made me feel at ease.

It was a lovely visit, the lady on reception was nice and polite and made me several cups of tea. Chloe was my stylist and was very nice and friendly. And offered advice regarding my future hair styles. Have booked in again.

Had a cut, tint and blow dry with Alex and I am very happy with my new style. Have been going to Alexander’s for 6 months now and my hair is in better condition than it’s been for a very long time. A very friendly, happy atmosphere in the salon too.

Chloe was lovely and has done a fantastic job on my hair and it feels lovely. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Amber listened to what I wanted and explained what she was doing throughout. 2 colours used to blend my natural “silver” roots and grown out full colour, and a wonderful cut too.
A relaxing appointment with a fantastic result.

I had an appointment today with Chloe and was thrilled with the entire experience. Chloe did a fabulous job of colouring and cutting my hair and was friendly, chatty and professional throughout . The Colour and aftercare advice were great

I saw Amber for the first time 2/52. It is always difficult when changing stylist but i can say she gave me good advice as the outcome was great. Today I saw Amber again for blow dry and I am very pleased with the finish.

Came out like a new woman thanks to Amber and Riley-great colour and fab blow dry. Great way to start the weekend

I have to give credit to Alexander's not only do they make you feel welcome they treat you well. As a person dealing with anxiety it was a big thing for me to arrive on my own and felt nervous was greeted by Chloe my stylist who asked me what I wanted I had a couple of pictures of a style I liked and we talked through it and then the cutting started an hour later my hair looked good but then came the highlights with just under three hours it the chair what was a head of thick hair growing out an old colour which had sat on my shoulders had been totally transformed into a pixie cut with a new light blond highlights with rose gold on the undercut I felt amazing a new style and felt so much lighter without all that hair weighing my brain down Thank you Chloe you are amazing

Sarah, as always was timely, courteous and I left the salon feeling on a high looking the part for the Awards ceremony in London.

I have had hair extensions kindly done by Sarah this morning.
I am soo happy with them I cannot stop smiling. My confidence is finally back after suffering months of thinning hair.
Sarah was wonderful and she is very good at putting you at ease.
She has done the most amazing job.
All in all I am a very happy bunny and cannot recommend Sarah and Alexanders enough. Thank you so much xx

As always, a great visit to Alexanders for a cut and blow dry with Kim. Gone for an even shorter 'bob' with this trim and Kim has given me a lovely cut and styled it brilliantly.
