Visited salon as my hair had been over processed and was in terrible state. Heidi managed to sort out the damage without me losing too much length and i left salon feeling human again. Will definitely return

Would not recommend hair extensions from here, the hair quality is not good at all. Looks amazing when they’re first put in for a few weeks. It then snaps and thins when you pay hundreds for them. Goes all frizzy and doesn’t look like natural hair so quickly.

Another professional cut by Kim. Always a great atmosphere in the salon and all staff very friendly.

After suffering from post surgery hair loss I needed a total restyle of my long hair which I was upset at having to do. Sarah listened to everything I said and gave me a modern choppy short bob that I could style in lots of ways and made my hair look thicker and I walked out of the salon smiling which I really didn’t think would happen ????????

Had an appointment with Sarah for a halo. She did a fitting to make sure it was the size and colour I wanted. The next day the halo arrived!
She made sure it fitted well and also did a cut so it blended in with my hair.
I have a thyroid condition and it's made my hair thin and it's stopped growing.
After wearing this halo just for 1 day it's made me feel amazing! Not felt like this about my hair in years!
Would definitely recommend this salon!

I saw Alex beginning of the week struggling with my confidence due to hair loss Alex was very understanding, patient and kind. Booked back in a few days later to try some wigs no pressure from him to buy but luckily enough he ordered me an amazing wig with an amazing colour I couldn’t be happier with and was happy to snap it up straight away. Alex then advised me how to look after it and cut it to my style.
Really professional caring service can’t thank him enough.

After loosing large patches of hair following radiotherapy treatment I lost my confidence and didn’t feel like myself. Having a consultation with Alexander made me feel like me again, he was able to offer a quick fix and I’m going back at a later date to see if I can find a wig that will suit me. All in all it was a fantastic experience

I was welcomed, immediately seated, and greeted by a stylist. I felt relaxed through the whole time I was in the salon. The colour and cut was good and well advised throughout. The atmosphere was happy, and conversations were good. Coffee and magazines were available. Fantastic I enjoyed to the max.

It was my first visit to Alexander’s, I Showed Beth the style and without any hesitation Beth had produced a really great haircut.
I have had no problems maintaining the style and have finally got the cut I had been trying to achieve.
I would highly recommend Beth at Alexander’s.

Each time I have been here, the staff have been very welcoming and friendly. The stylists really listen and I usually come out feeling very happy. However, ***** lets the team down. They have never even bothered to say Hello to me, I was seated right next to his client last time and all I could hear was them going on about a show they had worked on in America. In fact it was real déja vu as exactly the same thing had happened on the previous occasion. It would not have taken much effort to have made me feel like a valued customer, just a normal customer who keeps the day to day business going..

I was lucky enough to be given a colour, cut and treatment as a birthday present as my hair needed some long awaited for attention. Beth put me at ease straight away giving me advice on colour and cut. I left with exactly the hair I wanted but had previously thought was out of my reach. Beth really is a miracle worker whilst also being friendly and knowledgeable.

I hadn't been to the hair dressers in years due to a bad experience with a different Salon which these guys sorted out all them years ago by fitting my beautiful extensions my hair finally grew back and I decided I would trust these guys to cut colour and style my hair which Heidi did an amazing job I feel my self again and the colour is amazing I have a lot of hair so it was a big job and she didn't once rush and took her time to make it absoutlely perfect! Won't be using any other salon in the near future thank you

Beth turned my outgrown messy mop into a pink choppy bob and I love it ! We talked thru the options but I was happy to leave her to work her magic however she wanted. Such a lovely experience in a super friendly salon. From Judi on reception and all the staff...would highly recommend. 5 stars !!

Took my 13 year old son to Alexander’s for the first time today. Very impressed not only with the professional hair cut he received but also the amazing service and price.
P.s thanks also for the cuppa tea I received whilst waiting.

I have naturally curly hair which I know can be difficult but my hair normally blow drys smooth with nice bouncy curls but I was just left with a frizz,, I felt rushed as next client was in.
There was a colouring trolley left out which almost ended on my clothes luckily I moved out of the way in time, it’s a big the salon but I felt crammed in to tiny space.
Was hoping the blow dry would last a few days, but it didn’t last to even getting back into the car.

Both Sarah and Beth are brill colouring and cutting my hair as always but this time I want to say a BIG thank you to Judy who always goes the extra mile to look after the clients service with a smile her organisational skills are amazing

When I got to my appointment this morning I had already decided to go short and change my colour back to how was before I went dark. Needless to say in my jargon gave Sarah a gobblegoup version of my vision on how I would like my hair. Needless to say she sussed the gist of what I was trying to say. Thank god. My hair is now a layered Bob, the colour is fantastic. And Sarah did me proud yet again. It's great how all good hairdressers can translate what your trying to say. Always leave happy.

Milly knows her own mind and asked for me to book her in with Kim again. This time she was totally focused on a new look and asked for a change in length, about 5 inches off. Kim was very attentive, friendly, and focused on ensuring Milly's hopes were met. Another great visit to my favourite salon x Thank you.

I've been to this salon a few times and Beth always does her best to get the results I would like (no matter how unconventional the colour or cut!). I've been to salons all around the Hull area and they are definitely the best for unique cuts and colours.

Id taken my 3 children in at the same time for a wash cut and blow dry and they did a perfect job, they all looked lovely...plus the hot chocolate and marshmellows was a bonus to the girls...thank you the girls definately want to come back ????????‍♀️
