I was made to feel welcome as always, the staff are all really friendly there, Louise did a fantastic job as always from start to finish, the salon is always clean and modern as Donna always keeps up with the new trends. All the stylists are very knowledgeable on all things hair related. Another great visit and walked out feeling great with my new hair style

We received a warm welcome on entering the salon by Jordane. We was taken and seated straight away. We initially went just for a fringe trim however I asked Jordane to help with another issue and she was very happy to help. She gave us advice on what products better suit our hair type and guidance on how to use them. Jordane was amazing today and we are looking forward to our next visit. The salon has a very friendly and welcoming feel.

Despite being an hour late due to an accident the service we received was absolutely perfect. Never felt like I was squeezed in as the treatment I received was just the same as it would have been had I made my appointment. Overall the salon provided excellent service and as usual a perfect colour and style.

I'm not sure if I got the stylists name right ? this was my first time visiting female ego as I haven't lived in the area long. This was my sons first haircut and I was quite anxious about the whole experience. From the moment I walked into the salon I was made to feel so welcome and all the staff were super friendly. The stylist was brilliant with my little boy and she knew exactly what she was doing and explained it to me really well. She made his first haircut such an enjoyable special experience and I will be returning for all his future haircuts.

Jordane is fabulous, she offers advice and talks through the process. She took me from light brown to steel silver and I also got a fabulous re-style.

As always excellent service, I mentioned I had a back injury to the girls. They said to take my time moving around and made sure I was comfy. Jordanne also offered me some ibuprofen gel she uses! Jo gave me some pain relief tablets to help. I left with not only a lovely cut and colour but also able to get in my car pain free. Best set of ladies, thankyou x

My stylist was called Claire, and she was brilliant. She listened to all my random instructions and was very patient while I bombarded her with dozens of photos of how I wanted my hair cutting. She was easy to chat with and seemed genuinely interested in my inane drivvel!
Claire was very professional and I was delighted with both my new posh style and the lovely posh surroundings.
This is definitely my new regular salon, and I will certainly be recommending it to family and friends.

Very surprised by the modern feel of the salon.. I was welcomed and quickly handed over to my stylist. There was no waiting around. Loved the videos and clean feel now the place.
Liked that the stylist told me what she was using on my hair.
Loved the head massage and how she went above and beyond to help me with my extentions. Also the other lady who I think was called Paula.
Danielle was very good at upselling and sharing her product knowledge with me.
If anything to improve it would be that I didn't get asked how I wanted my hair to be finished it was assumed I wanted it straight when I was going to ask for it to be wavy.
Also I had to ask if I could have a drink. I wasn't offered one.
But overall I was impressed.
