Could not wait to get back. As always a warm and friendly welcome from all.the ladies. I made a bit of a mess of my hair during lockdown but jordane sorted it out for me. Went from brown to blonde, I love it. Then upstairs to takle the eyebrows. Hair and eyebrows all done. Feeling normal again. Thank you ladies, see you in six weeks.

The salon was very busy and Jordane had been double booked so I had to wait. I was made comfortable and they kept checking I was OK until Jordane was free. The cut & blow-dry was brilliant as always and it wasn't rushed despite her being so busy! Thank you cx

I have to be honest, today was disappointing for me, which is a very rare feeling at this salon. I didn’t get what I wanted, especially when I did request it on my previous appointment, it’s a lot of money to splash out to feel this way, possibly my fault for not making it clear enough. However, I will return. On the other hand my husband’s hair looked fantastic.

My first time using the salon, Bethan was really thorough with me, considering it was a busy Saturday in the salon she took the time to find about what I wanted and what we are looking to achieve on next visit with my colour. At the basin she took me through everything she was using in my hair including Olaplex which was a welcome treat!
Can’t wait for my next appointment and to see what she is going to create.

Went in looking like an old lady and came out looking and feeling much younger and a lot happier with myself. This was my first proper hair cut since it's regrowth after loosing it all through chemo. Can't thank Donna enough for all her help and advice while I was going through it. You are one in a million Donna. ???Xx

After months of closure, I could not wait to get back into one of those black chairs! Louise was her usual cheerful & attentive self after a busy reopening week, all staff working above & beyond to accommodate their clients after lockdown. Couldn’t ask for a better hair & pamper experience ?

From start to finish, I had a lovely relaxing experience. I had an idea of how I wanted my hair doing, but Joanne made it a reality. She coloured and restyled my hair , and talked me through the whole process which made me feel at ease and also enabled me to discuss if I wanted anything else doing with it. I left the salon feeling happy and confident and cannot wait to return.

Louise has done a fantastic job, with my hair. Colour is exactly what I asked for, and it feels amazing. Love the way that everything that is being done to your hair is explained to you throughout, including what products are being used. Would 100% recommend this salon, for both service and value for money.

I highly recommend people use this salon as I had a great experience here today, the girl who cut my hair was lovely and made me feel welcome as did the other staff members. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere xx

Absolutely love my hair went from copper to blond today my stylist was so lovely explains everything to me what she was doing the full salon was very friendly and welcoming I felt very at ease I felt very safe and the cleanliness was very high first time visiting the salon all ready booked in for my next appointment

Fantastic customer service , very pleased with my hair and can’t wait to come back in February , Danielle has done a great job .... thank you so much , it might cost a bit more than your local hairdresser but it’s worth every penny , I nearly fell asleep having my hair shampooed , that hair massage was amazing
