Alway a treat to have my hair styled every week. The shampoo and hair massage comes as standard and is magnificent 🤓

It was the first time I saw Alex today and I was made to feel comfortable from the start.
I told him what I wanted and he gave me a few options that would work with what I wanted.
I’m so glad I went with one of his options as I left the salon feeling very happy with my new hair.
He told me what products he recommended I use too which is very helpful.

Been twice and also recommended friends/ daughter totally happy !!

Fantastic service, Alex really takes the time to listen and discuss. From the layback chair when having your hair washed to the head massage from Lola, it’s was the most relaxing experience, and the best part is you get great hair at the end.

Really lovely, made me feel very comfortable and so passionate about his work. I will have my hair care always done by him now. 10/10 x

Ferhat is just an incredible hairdresser! I’ve never had a blow dry like it in my life, it lasts for days. The salon is lovely, the staff are so happy and welcoming they make you feel relaxed. I would 100% recommend everyone to go here, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Ferhat then welcomed me to the chair and I was trying to explain how I wanted my blondes. Abbie did also consult and advised me on the colour also. Ferhat was very thorough and explained the shampoos and conditioners to use.
I have left with a lovely colour and I really appreciate the time and effort. I have already recommended to my family and friends.
Also the other staff was lovely amd it felt like a warm and friendy atmosphere.

Absolutely love my hair thanks to Anetta. I opted for the Blonde Me Package and the results were far better than what I could’ve ever imagined! She brought life back into my dull hair and transformed it into a beautiful bright blonde. Anetta was friendly, professional and took her time explaining to me what products she was using and offered advice for home care. Highly recommend.

An outstanding cut in relaxing surroundings and best advice for hair management

I have an appointment every six weeks at The Strand and get my hair lightened and toned. Ferhat applies colour extremely well and I always feel like my hair is a great shade of blonde afterwards. You are very well looked after at the salon and every member of staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a great place where you can really put your trust in the hairdressers to look after your hair!

Customer service and haircut at The Strand is always 10 out of 10! The hairdressers are highly trained and I would trust any of the stylists who work there to cut and style my hair.

I don’t even know where to start. There are so many lovely things to say about The Strand. The second you arrive you get greeted with a friendly smile and an offer of a delicious coffee. The feel of the place is just so cool. All the fixtures and fittings are lovely. There are huge, clean, mirrors. The seats are comfy, with a nearby table to pop your complimentary coffee on. The hair washing area is just lush, the reclining chairs really add to the relaxing feel. The staff are all so friendly and appear to all get on so well. There is definitely a family vibe about the team. I’ve had my hair done by a few different stylists over the years, and I’ve never left feeling disappointed. They all have their own wonderful strengths. I love crazy vivid colours and Alex is an absolute mastermind. He seems to know exactly what I want, even when I don’t. The team always recommends aftercare, but never puts pressure on you to purchase any of their recommendations, though everything I have ever bought has been top quality. I just can’t say enough positive things. I never feel more pretty than when I leave The Strand with gorgeous new hair.

From reading recent reviews, I had high expectations. I hadn't had my hair done for 12-18mnths and it had become too long, dry and damaged. I felt listened to with how I visioned wanting my hair, and Alex worked absolute wonders! I walked away with fresher looking hair, and my expectations were certainly met! I will definitely be back, and also recommending to others.

Was a lovely experience. Alex is very talented and friendly and gave me exactly what i wanted. The other staff was very friendly too. I believe her name was Lola, was very kind and gentle when washing my hair too!

Antia is just simply amazing at what she does. I leave feeling happy every time. My hair has never looked so good. The care and time she takes on my hair has never changed and I've been going to Anita for over a year.

Alex was amazing from start to finish. Really made me feel like I was in safe hands. Conversated with me about what I wanted, came up with a treatment plan and executed it perfectly. From walking into the immaculate salon, we were greeted so warmly and given an excellent cup of coffee served beautifully.
My appointment with Ferhat exceeded expectations! The shampoo was really good and strong hands really worked into my scalp followed by a wonderful scalp treat that smelled of peppermint, it was so refreshing! Ferhat then did an amazing job of blow drying my very straight hair into waves! Normally it wold be dead straight by the time I got home! But it’s still wavy today quite unbelievable for my hair! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Strand to any one looking for a first class salon, using the best products and highly skilled hairstylists. I don’t colour my hair anymore as I am happy with the natural grey but I will certainly revisit for another treatment! Thankyou all very much

I always recommend people to go to a good hairdressers if they want healthy hair. Never take the home cheap option because then it’s expensive to fix the problems people having when they don’t use professional advice and right products. Strand and its staff are great.

This is my first time being at the salon and I had the most amazing experience in there. The staff are welcoming and very accommodating offering you drinks and making sure you're comfortable.
