First time visiting The Strand this week and it definitely won’t be the last. From Start to finish I felt completely looked after and listened too about what I wanted to achieve with my hair. Anita and Jackie were fantastic and very knowledgeable about upto date techniques and trends and I came out with my hair looking and feeling fantastic. The salon itself has small details that really give it that luxury feeling and it doesn’t go unnoticed, my favourite was the lay down beds when getting your hair washed. Something I’ve never seen before but a really nice touch. Thankyou girls! Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and looking forwards to my next appointment.

Absolutely amazing, I’ve been to a few different salons and asked questions about what would suit me and shown a reference photo. All the other stylists ignore the questions and don’t really talk you through on what would be better for you and your hair. When I came to your salon we had a lengthy chat on what would work best for me and my hair. Would recommend 100% and I cannot wait for my next appoint knowing I won’t leave disappointed.

Upon arrival it was found out that my appointment has been mixed up and actually put in the diary for the following week, however this did not hinder the quality of service.
Even on a busy Saturday I was made to feel like a priority and the chairs to wash your hair was an experience in itself.

Always professional and friendly. Resulting haircuts always a success ?

Today Carys gave me a wonderful wash, cut & finish. She gave good hair care advice as well as a fab head massage while she washed my hair. She ended by styling my hair with a wave - lovely relaxed time, thank you.

I've had my hair cut by Carys twice now. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and what I got was even better! I have fine hair but she still managed to style it brilliantly and give it volume. I have my hair dyed by her as well and she gave me good advice on the colour that suited me and the result was amazing.

Anita took such care and attention with my hair. I wanted a re-style and colour for a special day, and I am beyond thrilled with the result - I can't wait to show it off! Abbie and her staff are always so lovely and I always look forward to my next appointment.

A truly relaxing experience. The salon is beautifully decorated and the chairs to wash your hair are outstanding, they recline fully so you are so comfortable. Carys who did my hair was so welcoming. I would really recommend this salon.

Visited the salon for the first time today. Really pleased with the service from the minute i walked through the door. Carys was brilliant with me, talked me through everything, made sure i was happy and gave really great advice on how to look after my hair to get the health and volume i want for my hair. Will definitely visit again.

Really pleased with the colour and finish today . Salon was busy but I didn't feel rushed. Felt really pampered the young lady whom washed my hair gave me a lovely head massage whilst she shampoo and conditioned and took real care in making sure I was comfortable. Stylist was excellent as well really listened and gave me some great tips . Thankyou xx

Amazing service from start to finish! Carys is an amazing hairdresser and did the baylayage exactly how I wanted it, with her expert advice. Enjoyed the horizontal chair for hair washing, treatments were super with a head massage and hot towel wrapped around my head. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I absolutely love my new hair. Anita is amazing and makes managing my thick and curly hair look so easy.

I visited the salon to have extensions added to creat more volume and a full head colour.
I was treated amazingly from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, my cup was never empty and plenty of biscuits to nibble on.
The area which they have created to sit whilst your colour develops is very calming. Attention to detail is clear. Having my hair washed was pain free for a change with fully reclining electric chairs, no more awkward sinks and aching necks.
During my time there everything was explained, they kept checking I was ok and didn’t need anything. A lovely experience from start to finish!

Seen to straight away we had a discussion first of all so we could agree on what I wanted & what could realistically be achieved, no shortage of biscuits & tea, overall a very pleasant experience, have booked a return visit in 10 weeks time

I always feel very at ease in this salon as the communication from my hairdresser, Anita, is excellent. My hair always looks lovely and advice is always given where needed. I love the ‘lay flat’ experience at the washing station as I don’t get pain in my neck. I would highly recommend this salon.

I visited the salon today after being unhappy with my over bleached blonde. I walked out of the salon over the moon with the results achieved. No more awful blonde, my hair looks amazing and healthy.
