Chloe is an absolutely amazing stylist and person. She has made me feel comfortable from my first appointment with her. My hair always looks so beautiful when she's done it and feels the best it ever has. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting healthy beautiful hair.

Great as usual.... Always treated to great service from the get-go. From the hair wash to the not bevvy to the cut itself. Never leave the place feeling anything other than well looked after and looking my best self ?

Although Kimberly wasn’t very well I had top knotch service nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff x

This was my first visit to Toni and Guy and I'm extremely happy. Everyone was very friendly and so welcoming, everything about the salon itself is lovely it's very professional and provides a relaxing experience. Chloe did my hair and what a transformation, I had highlights and a toner, and I had my long hair cut into a bob, apart from the odd trim it hadn't been cut properly for well over 10 years so it was quite a decision for me but I'm delighted with it, Chloe was very informative throughout,my husband bought me a voucher for Christmas and I used it for today's transformation and I'm so glad I did, this is a lovely place to visit and I'm booked in for my next appointment already. The staff are lovely, thank you everyone.

Sam truly brightens my day after a stressful time at work. Truly skilled, professional and personable. My hair looks gorgeous after she's worked her magic.

Travel 30 miles for this cut. Always friendly staff good atmosphere and excellent stylist. Been coming to this salon for 20 plus years. It says it all.

Had my hair dyed and unhappy with it . The stylist put more dye on it but still hate it . I was told the price would be £62 but I was charged £86. .***** a lovely girl but didn't do my hair as I wanted .

Christy, Deborah and Lottie have worked there magic. I came in today feeling like a washed out 80s meatloaf throwback and came out feeling like a human again. I walk through the door and get met by Deborah who is always happy and makes me feel welcome and relaxed, then Christy works her magic and turns me from a dicoloured scarecrow back to an acceptable member of society again (she deserves a medal, im hard work). Then i had a lovely chat with Lottie she is so lovely (cannot believe she is only 16) so professional and approachable. What a fab team you have. Thank you for caring for me, it means more than you realise, probably the only thing i do for me xxx

very unprofessional in the salon and didnt listen to what i wanted

All ok except it's been twice I have had to be dried off as I got water all down my back while having my hair washed. Most uncomfortable.

Was nice atmosphere about the place. Christy is always polite and friendly. And the girl who wash my hair was lovely too think her name was lottie. All in all great service.

Came in for a cut & blow dry today and Christy was lovely. She did an all round trim and shortened my layers. I always believe you get what you pay for and the service you guys provide is 10/10. Will definitely be coming back xx
