Really polite, knowledgeable and reassuring. I went on with two objectives. Get a hair trimmed and styled. And learn how to look after it while it grows. Both were answered. Also assistant who washed my hair was very friendly and polite also.

Nice young lady , however wasn’t a very good blow dry , flat as a pancake , I even asked for my fringe to be re done . My jacket was wet which by the time I got home the bottom of my hair was damp
This was £34 for this experience .Sam did a blow dry the week before and was lovely and cheaper

My daughter is 15 and for birthdays and Christmas she always asks for toni & guy vouchers. Its a lovely treat, beautiful hair, hot chocolate, sweets or treats and a lovely stylist who makes her feel really special and grown-up. We now also use their Label M products due to great advice from their staff... Love it x
