Christy listened to how i wanted my hair cutting and as a result she gave me the cut I had being wanting at other salons for a while but have never quite achieved. Professional cut and service, will be visiting again . thanks Christy x

Had a great morning with Christy who started the going grey gracefully process with high low and toning of my hair so friendly and helpful taking time to explain the process with me followed by a restyle by Kimberley who always pays great care to listen and restyle my hair with great attention to detail making me feel more confident, Debbie on reception is always friendly chatty and always ensures you get the best offers and deals that’s available. The young lady who washed my hair and made coffees for me was bright cheerful and chatty I was in the salon from 10am until 1pm and the staff are always friendly chatty experienced and attentive would never go anywhere else well done Toni and Guy ? fantastic staff I wish all customer services were as well delivered elsewhere many services could learn from the staff at Toni and Guys ??????????????

All the staff was nice and friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Worth the money you spend. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

As always, I was warmly greeted, & looked after, on my six-weekly appointment at Hull's Toni & Guy salon. Everyone was friendly & chatty, & I felt at ease & relaxed. It's always like a bit of therapy when I'm there. I noticed the new sinks & reclining chairs (the chair was great, but the neck rest for the sink was very uncomfortable on the back if my neck). This was the only thing that stood out not-so-good on today's visit. Everyone was so attentive, it set me off well for the rest of my day...& the cut/styling I couldn't fault. I would always recommend Toni & Guy (Hull) as THE hair salon to go to.

Excellent service

I walked in off the street today, no appointment and was welcomed in to have my hair cut. Sam (I think it was Sam) was fantastic with my hair due to its thickness and frizziness I’ve had previous bad experiences at other salons. She has cut it to get a brilliant shape and I’m so happy with it. The reception lady was so cheerful too, great staff, great at what they do. Really happy with my visit today

I loved the pamper getting my hair done and had some great advice on products to use to care for my hair.

From start to finish I felt welcome and relaxed, I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but was advised and came out of the salon feeling great!
