Been having my hair cut in this salon for nearly 20 years and still love coming! Sam is a fantastically talented hair stylist and is always chatty and kind as are all the other staff! .... will be coming for another 20 years!!!!!

Fantastic as usual.

2 stylists did my hair Gareth for the colour and Amber for the cut and I am absolutely over the moon with my hair and I wouldn't dream of going any where else in the future now

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to T&G Hull. All members of the staff are friendly and helpful. Amber is lovely and a very skilled hairdresser. I am very happy with her work and appreciated her advice related to hair maintenance. I will definitely continue to use T&G.

Kimberley gives 100% in this salon. She creates a great working environment. I've watched her encourage, praise & tend to her collegues needs.
The staff all seem to get along & seem genuinely happy to be at work. This is not easy to achieve in a working environment, which means someone really makes each individual member of staff feel valued & confident in there Role. Keep up the great work.

Lusie is a real find for me. Excellent practioner and a lovely person. I enjoy my time at the salon and receive a superb cut and great customer service. All the staff are friendly and warm and the salon is always immaculate. Not the cheapest place to visit but I am worth it.

First time at Toni and guy, I was particularly unhappy with a previous colour from another salon In Dec. I decided to give Toni and guy a go as it is known as a reputable hairdressers. My first appointment was a cut and blow dry as I couldn't have my colour the same day as I needed a patch test which took 48 hours. Great customer service from the minute you walk in to the time you leave. The receptionist really bubbly and friendly, took my jacket offered me a drink while I was waiting. The stylist really listened to what I wanted an took her time with me, again brilliant customer service! I had a conditioning treatment and the girl who washed my hair was very friendly. I was really happy with my cut an finish. I had a hair colour consultation also, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, but colour tech was very helpful an thorough. I left feeling very happy, looking forward to second appointment.
My second appointment was just as welcoming the coulourist spent time discussing what I wanted and could see where I wasn't happy, which she did a very good job at correcting. My only critism really was that after my colour I didn't really get a finish. My hair wasn't styled as it was when I left ) a few days previous and I had to ask for her to run the straigtners through my hair as my hair is naturally frizzy an I kind of had a finish as an expectation especially as it's not cheap. It is more expensive than other salons. But the customer service is fantastic I was confident in the stylists and overall very happy and will return.

Second time at salon, another great colour and cut!!!! I don't need to worry, just sit back, relax and enjoy!!! Consistently excellent, Gareth did an excellent job with highlights, and Samantha worked her magic, a great cut...... I've had loads of compliments whilst out shopping. Eternally grateful and lucky I've found a place where I don't have to worry about the result. Great place .

Great styling experience as usual, but had to have hair rinsed twice due to some product being left in on 1st wash

It was such a relief to have a really good cut by Amber my usual stylist. I had someone else last time when Amber was seriously I'll and it wasn't the same and not layered enough.. I'm a long term customer and Amber has got used to my curly hair and cuts it extremely well.

My 2nd time with Lusie. Very happy with my cut and style. Wonderful young lady!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kim Gareth and the rest of the salon staff. Firstly for making me feel so comfortable from the moment I first walked into the salon. I now feel like part of the furniture and that is down to all the lovely staff. Gareth and Kim know me so well now that when I want to change something I trust them enough to say just do something to make me look good and they deliver everything. Thanks guys your amazing x

Samantha has being my hairdresser for a number of years, she's very talented, open and honest, she cares how her clients look and feel about their hair and gets to know your hair routine so suggested styles suit my life style and personality and hair thickness. Samantha listens it's an important quality.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Toni & Guy in Hull yesterday. It was my first trip there and I was a little apprehensive as I don’t usually tend to visit hair salons. I received a warm welcome and was given a lot of guidance as to what look I could go for. My hair was cut beautifully and I was smitten with the outcome! I will definitely be going back.
