We first went to Toni and Guy because we had been told that their COVID-19 protocols were very good; this turned out to be the case. However, we keep returning because of the skill, care and kindness shown by all of the staff. My wife and I have both noticed that even after 6 weeks our haircuts still look neat and remain manageable with minimal care. We must single out for particular praise Roxanne who is not only a highly skilled stylist but also very good company. My wife would say the same about Chloe who is a colour specialist.

Roxanne was really friendly and knowledgeable. Discussed ideas then gave me the best cut I have had for a long time. Will be back. Thank you

I was so excited to be able to get my hair cut and blow dried on the first day that salons were open- I wasn’t disappointed at all. Service was fantastic and I was so pleased with the results of my cut and blow dry - it gave me a real lift ! So looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks !

The colour was just what I had wanted the cut is a work in progress as Chloe had to work round someone else’s “hack” my words not Chloe's

Sam has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I cannot fault on any way at all. Really client centred, totally professional and provides an exemplary service.
I am a nurse and found that the NHS discount had changed from Mon to Thurs and is now Mon To Wed. Sam doesn't work on the first 3 days of the week so I would be interested to understand the change of the NHS discount day changes as I am now nit eligible. I have attended Hull Toni &Guy since I moved to Hull in the year 2000 and have remained loyal but I am puzzled.
