So happy with the whole experience. Chloe is welcoming, she listened to what I hope to have for my hair and explained what we need to do in order to achieve the results I want.
I am so I love with the colours she achieved. I love my hair again which considering I was postlockdown, she has worked a miracle.
I felt safe with regards to covid and hygiene as I witnessed all the staff complying with the health and safety, and cleaning was happening all the time. Excited for my next visit for my next pamper.

Already had an appointment booked for mid November; however given the news that lockdown was imminent i rang early Saturday and left a message on answer machine.
I promptly received a call back, and an appointment was arranged at earliest opportunity.
Given the short notice, I wasn’t expecting to get my usual stylist but when I turned up I had my fab colour done by Christy, and informed some swapping was done so that my usual stylist Sam was available to undertake my cut and finish ! Totally unexpected, so a massive thank you to all staff .
This salon is consistently good, never fails, I am always confident that I will get the result I want. And this recent experience just reinforces that all staff work together as a team and deliver a too class service.

I'm really pleased with how Chloe did my hair today. She managed to correct my attempts at cutting my own fringe! She was very pleasant and chatty and carried out all the safety measures.

Had a hair cut with Roxanne. My experience was great as always. Roxanne maintain a very high standard and makes sure that I leave salon very happy. Thank you Roxanne!

I have a great relationship with Sam ever since I started coming to Toni and Guy, she has an astonishing eye for detail and is easy going and great to work with when I want to discuss new ideas.

Despite all the restrictions, I have found the staff at ease wearing the ppe and assisting all the clients with no hesitation .

All staff were totally COVID-19 aware and made excellent steps to be safe whilst making me feel comfortable. It did not take away the feel good experience.

My 12 year old daughter had really long hair but approaching the teens decided she wanted a change! Got her booked in with Sam, who really engaged with her, and the big cut began! 13” donated to the Little Princess Trust, and a lovely short style emerged. Sam was great with my daughter, and with me (anxious mum in the corner!). All the other staff made lovely comments about the style and really made her feel special, thank you all.

Kimberley was very friendly (not my usual stylist) and did a perfect job on my straggly messy hair!!

Sam has my usual down to a fine art and my daughters braids were perfection.

Went the first time and had a lovely blonde colour added in but wanted more after looking at it at home, so contacted the salon and they got it sorted with no issues. Chloe added more into the roots to avoid it blending into my curly hair and now looks a lot better. Lottie also styled it really nicely. Thank you!

Amazing cut and colour from Christy as always. She made me feel really welcome and safe with all the safety measures in place. My hair always looks amazing when I leave and I love what Christy does every time. Christy is very customer focused, personal but also helps guide me with what would suit me or look good which I always value.

Christy was fantastic as always but tonight went one step further when a violent incident occured just outside the salon window. Her very first priority was to lock the door to protect myself and the other client who was present in the salon. Next she was on the phone to the police and ambulance ensuring the wellbeing of those outside the store also. Once the incident was over she calmly made us a drink checked we were okay and carried on with her job. Christy is an absolute credit to Toni & Guy, i hope you realise this.

A treat for my daughter. She loves having her hair done at toni&guy. Roxanne makes her feel special, such good customer service x
