From the moment I walked through the door to when I left I had a great experience. It's amazing how an hour or so having hair washed, trimmed and dried can be so relaxing - but it was and I came away feeling very content and relaxed! Thanks.

As always I come away from the salon looking and feeling amazing. Even more so this time as I've changed the colour of my hair. Kimberly just knows what I like. Best haircut I’ve had

During lockdown my hair became very untidy and I couldn’t do anything to it to make it look healthy. Had my hair cut for the first time yesterday and was very apprehensive. Sam looked after me and made my hair back to been and looking healthy. She always does an amazing job and I always ask for Sam (if possible) I absolutly love my new hair. Would definitely recommend the salon and Sam to anybody. 100%

Always so friendly and caring with excellent service .

They took every precaution to minimise the risks of infection and even provided free protective equipment. In front of me they sterilised all equipment and so I felt very safe here given the climate. I got a very friendly welcome and was seen on time. Roxanne then spent a decent amount of time listening to what I want and asking questions. She then explained what she was going to do to make sure I was happy with it which is very important to make sure we are both on the same page. In addition to this I got information on how to style my hair and which product would be best with no pressure to buy. I really admire her positive and friendly attitude given that she has to work in PPE all day and still delivers an excellent service. I look forward to my next visit and thanks for my cut.

Chloe was perfect as always,unfortunately I had to cancel my highlights as sitting in a mask for that long affects my breathing after being left with problems from COVID 19 in March.I understand it’s mandatory and hopefully masks won’t be necessary in the near future.

You should all be very proud of how conscientious you are during this time and all the efforts you are putting in to keep your clients safe. You have clearly taken the situation seriously to help protect everyone but also make a visit to the salon still an enjoyable experience.

Really great experience. Felt very safe. Obviously all measures where being taken to keep people safe. Stylist lovely and love the cut and colour. My only issue today is that i had exactly the same done before Christmas and the cost was £125. Today the cost was £195!! I huge increase. It would have been nice to have been told beforehand that there was an increase as at least I could have made an informed choice. I don't think I will be going back fro my colour done again. I can't justify that amount.

Been for my first hair appointment since lockdown and as usual I left Toni & Guy feeling amazing. Chloe has done a fabulous job as always - beautiful colour and cut. Very impressed by social distancing procedures including hand gel, disposable aprons, towels and masks (all in a sealed bag for every customer), all staff in protective face shields and disposable coffee cups. The staff helped to make it an enjoyable experience which was very much needed. Thank you guys x
