First post lockdown cut and the whole experience was fabulous, Karl did a fantastic job with my overgrown mop, and the covid 19 safety measures are great and do not detract from the great atmosphere.

I was initially anxious about having my hair done after lockdown but the e mails the salon sent prior to my appointment put my mind at rest. Everything that could have been done was carried out and the salon was spotlessly clean. I was worried about how my hair would turn out after 5 months of re growth!, but I needn’t have been concerned. Ben did an amazing job and being back in the salon and having a good old natter was the perfect tonic I needed, and all done in a clean and professional environment. Ben always makes me feel welcome and special and that’s what anyone wants as a customer. The boys have all done such an amazing job and have worked hard to get the salon Covid compliant. It was good to be back!

Very pleased with the result. It’s even better than I’d hoped for . As always Christopher’s work was meticulous. The salon felt safe and welcoming.

Getting rid of my Lockdown Locks could not have been better! With the New Norm regulations in place you might think that something would be taken from the experience of being pampered at a salon. Not so at the Haus of Brooks. Ben took time to listen and create a bespoke style for me. He took great care with the cut and made me feel a privileged guest at the salon. The hygiene standards were second to non and didn't take away from the experience. The products used are natural and highly effective. If you need a pamper, which we all do after Lockdown, I highly recommend Ben at the Haus of Brooks Bespoke Hair Design!

In Haus of Brooks the client is still Queen (or King). It was already a sustainable salon with eco friendly decor and products and that cleanliness has already been paramount, the necessary adaptations are not too noticeable.
You can relax and enjoy what can only be described as a super pamper session.
Highly recommended.

Amazing service and support from the BEST salon ever. Ordered some Fabuloso coloured conditioner and previously some men’s hair products. All packaged beautifully and delivered super fast.

I have been a guest at the salon for just over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my weekly visits. Unfortunately I am now in self isolation.The team, lead by Jody, are charming and certainly know their stuff. My mantra has always been for the last 50 years “life is too short to wash your own hair” but I have had to make time. Jody very kindly left a package at my front door containing the products used on my hair in the salon. I embarked upon the hair washing challenge today aided by the instructions included with the products. I survived the procedure and will do it again next week. I want to keep my hair in great condition for when I return to the salon. Don’t worry team I will be back. As I Have saying life is too short to wash your own hair. I hope you all stay well and are able to get through these difficult times. Thanks again Jody for your kindness.

1st time with Ben great, normally see Karl. Want a positive chill out experience-then try this Salon. I have been using this Salon since moving down here 3yrs ago and can honestly say I have never had an appointment where I have been disappointed.
The Ambience, Products and Expertise are splendid. The staff are friendly and professional, each having their own qualities culminating in a great team. They give really good advice on how best to manage your hair between appointments and my particular thanks to Karl for this invaluable guidance. A tad pricey but, you only get what you pay for and worth every penny so would not go anywhere else - Thankyou

I had a complete transformation with Jody. I had about 5 months of regrowth and a build up of toner. Jody cleared his schedule to spend all day rectifying my old highlights from different inexperienced hairdressers and giving me a clean base. I’ve been left with a beautiful clean silver blonde. Despite the amount of bleaching, Jody protected my hair so the condition was unharmed. It actually looks healthier than it did before! I’m really excited to continue my hair journey with Jody. He really is an expert with hair and I could never go anywhere else now. The salon is beautiful and the service and expertise is unmatchable. Thank you so much for giving me the confidence that has been lacking and never getting the desired outcome until now! 1000% recommend Jody and this salon.

I totally rely on Christopher to know what is best for my hair. His cutting is superb and it always keeps its style until the next visit and is easy to manage.

I recently subscribed to the wash and blow dry VIP subscription and I have to say this package is EXCEPTIONAL value for money. I absolutely love coming to this salon. I walk in sometimes feeling like the whole world is against me- only to leave the salon feeling like I own the world! My hair looks and feels amazing and the benefits of just one wash and blow dry- lasts for days. This is one subscription I will not be cancelling! Its just as integral to my self care package as is my NETFLIX subscription!

I recently took up the wash and blow dry subscription which I feel is exceptional value for money. Due to my heavy work schedule I was advised by Jodie to book my appointments in advance- to which I did. I had to cancel one appointment this week due to work commitments. Jodie rang me straight away- seeing that I had cancelled the booking online- only to offer me an alternative day and time in the week which he KNEW would totally suit me better- he knew this because he has taken the time to get to know my working schedule- which is above and beyond said job description! Attention to detail like this really does make The Haus Of Brooks a total cut above the rest (excuse the pun). Thankyou Jodie!

Well, I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I wish I could put a foto of my hair that was done today. Everything is just perfection, from the greeting by Chica (the dog) to the glass of fizz (Jody doesn't even ask me anymore,!), delivered with a delicious snack. Jody listens, takes into account your lifestyle and wishes and you leave the salon with a head of gorgeousness..
I'm moving country and suggested that they move the salon also so I don't have to find another hairdresser, but alas my pleas have fallen on deaf ears...

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Colour service is amazing and my stylist Chris is superb. I come weekly for a blow dry and their monthly subscription is amazing value. I rarely leave reviews but this place is a gem not to be missed !!

I can honestly say, all the stylests are amazing, always very complimentary and always make sure your happy with hair. Signed up to a monthly membership beasuse of how amazing I feel each visit.

Had my hair styled by Ben today first time by Ben. Totally lovely experience styled just as i like it very natural in wonderful condition (tried the new conditioner it’s all they say it is) Came out to rain, gusts of wind and after walk to car arrived home hair still looking great now that’s what I call service and an excellent “up market” salon worth every penny because to coin a phrase I’m worth it .

I had been going to a salon in Brighton for over 15 years and was looking for somewhere local to me. Moving to a new salon can be daunting but Haus of Brooks have been amazing. Ben did my colour and cut and I was In safe and capable hands. Every step of the way he was attentive, caring and he put me at ease, informing me throughout my appointment what products he was using and why and he made me feel like a VIP. I am so pleased with my hair, I needed my greys to be disguised and my word did he do a fantastic job. My hair is natural looking, classy and I feel like a proper grown up!

First visit with Ben. Took his time discussing how I wanted my hair. Gave me good advice on care and colour. Felt like nothing was to much trouble. Very welcoming salon.
