I have been looking forward to this appointment ALL week. Not only does this awesome HUB sort our unruly hair out but the team completely lift you- you spring out with hair you feel you have stolen and a spring in your step that money seriously can not buy. I entered the HUB with a cap on. That's how bad a bad hair day it was! I left with a head of luciousness. And I feel amazing. Now thats- total value for money! Thankyou in abundance! Christopher- you ROCK!

Exceptional service!

No one ever really talks about the quality of service AFTER services have been received....so here goes!
I'm due back in the salon next week having had my last awesome hair MOT around 9 weeks ago. When I say "Hair MOT" I had a wonderful hair wash, treatment and cut from Chris. Now, when stylists normally say " shall we put a treatment on this"? Us ladies often have a mild panic attack thinking "and how much is that gonna cost me now" while we clutch our purses with an emoji shock and horror face painted on for the duration of our salon experience.
Well, let me tell you....yes....the treatment did add to the overall financial expenditure of my wonderful salon experience-but my word it was worth every single penny! And when I say "cost" we are talking what I might spend on 3 fantastic cocktails in my favourite bar- once every 6 weeks- so to put this into perspective we really are talking "daily pennies" allowance for my unruly hair that would cost me an evil amount of time every morning/ afternoon/evening cursing it! My hair has been DELICIOUS ever since my last visit at Haus of Brooks. My hair and I have remained friends and not enemies ever since. Through all nasty weather conditions- I can even say, I can now class my hair as my new BFF because since my early twenties I have never been so in love with my hair. (I am now in my forties and believe you me- we can now just start list rolling all the things we would happily change about our appearance and fast)! So....If you find yourself arguing with your hair and your purse over denying your stylist the permission of a hair treatment....DO NOT RESIST...DO GIVE IN.....Give yourself and your hair the self care it and you deserve and spark joy. You seriously will not regret it. #gamechanger

Just had my latest appointment with Christopher for a colour and cut. As always a great and relaxing experience and walked out feeling confident with my hair. I've been getting so many compliments about both the colour and cut since then. Thanks, Christopher. Looking forward to my next appointment with you.

I have never had a hair appointment quite like it, Jody was beyond knowledgeable from hair to caring about environmental factors. I learnt so much from washing to styling my hair. The way Jody styled my hair, although wonderfully and professionally it didn't feel out of reach for me to re create. I felt like I'd had a spa experience as well as a hair cut. I could go on and on, it was just amazing! Can't wait to use all my new products and put all that I've learnt into practice!

Just had my appointment with Jody and he has worked his magic, just as he does every time. His colour and cut is always perfect and the salon is a total joy to be in.

Wanted to slightly darken my hair colour and Karl competently and truthfully talked me through the options. He doesn't just say what you want to hear so you don't end up looking awful because you made an uninformed decision! I've never had such a trustworthy hairdresser. Got all my appointments booked til the end of the year!

I loved the whole experience.. of course i absolutely love my hair but as a massive bonus I was treated like a queen the whole time, I didn't notice the time. Today was the 3rd time going to the salon, & as before it was the most relaxing, humorous & pleasing experience to spend an afternoon.

Had the most delightful afternoon here yesterday. My friend had a cut and blow dry while i had the bespoke colour, cut and blow dry. From the moment we walked in nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff . Our every need was catered for and we both loved the whole experience. Karl is an expert in his field and very patiently answered all our questions.
Can highly recommend this wonderful oasis......even get complimentary refreshments....and a doggie to stroke.......what's not to love x

Great cut again today. Jody did exactly what was needed. Had a lovely relaxing hair treatment in the massaging chair and got lots of hair care tips.

As always, a very friendly reception by all and a great selection of drinks offered! Jody coloured my roots then refreshed the colour all over, the exact colour I wanted. Very happy and can not recommend this salon enough.

I came to Jody after trying 3 hairdressing salons in the area. Each time feeling underwhelmed by the experience & most importantly the finished product.

My faith was waning at this point & I considered going back to London to do my hair. HOB was my last resort. Pleased to say 4th time I struck lucky and Hair Gods answered my prayers & sent me Jody.

He took the time to listen to my needs be wants and then went on to deliver. I joke that he restored my faith in profession.

I look forward to every visit, knowing I will be looked after in every way.

Absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of taking a beautiful young girl here to get her hair done for her prom. The service we received was phenomenal. Drinks were offered and Karl made us feel really at home and welcome, as did all the staff. they all went above and beyond to make her feel special. Karl was very patient with her and talked her through what he was doing to her hair and she loved every minute and felt like a million dollars by the time we left. I couldn't recommend Haus of Brooks and Karl enough. Will definitely be returning.

I wanted a change,. I had mentioned this to Karl, a few days previous to my appointment. He selected some styles that would work, for my hair, face shape and life style. He went over each explaining the care requirements and consideration of time each day. We decided on a way forwards, he executed it beautifully. I am extremely lazy with my hair and he has done a fantastic style for me.

Was really looking forward to having my hair cut and coloured again and I was not disappointed. Made to feel very welcome, offered refreshments and the whole styling experience was lovely.

I absolutely love coming to HB and being totally spoilt! I can honestly say that in the short space of time i have been under chris's magic hands my hair has never been so easy to manage. Having just returned from a summer holiday my hair would have driven me mad normally... but not this time. I have invested in the salons products and they are amazing! 100 per cent worth the investment. Chris has absolutely 100 per cent stuck to his words in our 1st ever consultation..."i promise i will get you loving your hair again"...pretty bold statement to make! But yes. I loooooooovvvee my hair and i get daily comments from clients telling me how great it looks. It looks and feels amazing. Thankyou Chris! The hospitality here is second to none too. I took a picture whilst i was present in the salon and sent it to my other half. His response was " you're not at the salon. You're at a cocktail bar!" Love it!

Had my second visit today and have to say that I feel like I have been a customer for years. The greeting I received was so warm and welcoming. The ambience is so calm and relaxed as well as being extremely professional. I love the products that the salon has available and they are well worth the money. You are looked after and made to feel special from the minute you enter the salon right up to when you leave. You are given advice and tips which is really helpful. I love this place. The guys are great. A huge thank you as I have Finally found a salon and super stylist Karl, that I actually look forward to going to.

I fell into hair heaven! I was recommended by my best friend to see chris to work his absolute magic on my lank and loveless hair. The gift of her recommendation is priceless. These guys seriously know their stuff. My hair has caused me so much distress this past year with stylists saying what they can deliver and simply not delivering-leaving me feeling emotionally and financially robbed. Not this time!
