It was lovely to see Christopher today. It is eight months since I visited the salon because I was anxious about catching Covid as I suffer from asthma and bronchitis. He immediately put me at ease, and I could see that the salon was arranged beautifully as always, and most importantly, adhering to the safety standards required and also social distancing. Because of this I had a stress free, relaxing, salon experience and my cut and blow dry was absolutely beautiful! My husband and his friend both commented on how lovely it looked. A great cut and colour and outstanding service

The only constant about this crazy year, is the fact that whenever I walk into Haus of Brooks, I'm greeted with a friendly, warm welcome, I receive the most amazing advice and guidance, all whilst being seated in the most beautiful, relaxing, de-stressing, wonderfully scented space.... and I leave feeling like someone from a TV advert - glossy, sustainable, beautiful hair that is easy to maintain, continues to feel fab in between visits and better still, remains healthy thanks to the amazing products used.

The product range (to maintain the above-mentioned 'fit for TV hair') is also well-stocked, so in between visits you can always collect your essentials .. or better still.. order online (I'm going to maintain these locks during lockdown!!).

A lovely relaxing experience- oh and a fabulous haircut and colour too - delighted.

Listened to what I said at the beginning and I think a colour chosen that I am going to like and a cut that meets what I was looking for in terms of short and stylish

I discussed with Jody that since my last appointment the colour hadn’t panned out as I expected. He understood what I meant and suggested an alternative. The salon was spotless and cleaned after each guest. Masks and visors can hamper communication but they do make you feel safe. End result, fabulous cut and colour in a sanitised environment. In these strange times, it’s still an enjoyable experience visiting H of B.

Chris is a master! he manages to tame my unruly mess of hair every time and I leave with a sleek and beautifully sculpted hairstyle. Today's was no exception- really good.

Jody and team have created a wonderful salon. It is relaxing, comfortable and unique. The products are absolutely amazing too. I love the whole ethos of the place but the stylists are very talented too. Jody is a very talented colourist.

My hair was transformed once again, came out beautiful honey blonde ( the hair that is, not me !) sporting a young and trendy look that flattered my features.
