Another Fabulous cut and attention to detail

Hair we go again! another fabulous cut from Christopher. Christopher listens and performs miracles on my very fine hair.

I was a little apprehensive about my hair appointment knowing that I was about to put my trust in a new stylist at a salon I had never visited before. However, I should not have worried as Christopher made me feel very welcome with his professionalism, expertise, talent and friendly personality. It made the whole experience fantastic. I highly recommended Haus of Brooks, their ethos, products, final result and atmosphere.
I wish however I had been able to enjoy the massage chair when having my hair washed, as the lady along from me said it was wonderful. Next time hopefully.

Haus of Brooks could not do more to ensure customers feel save in the COVID-19 environment we live in today. Even with face masks/visors the experience was still the same. You feel pampered and relaxed throughout the whole visit, even the hand sanitiser smelt lovely.

My first haircut since Lockdown - much awaited and anticipated. Chris gave me a new look and bespoke hair advice .

Ben was was fantastic! I was able to get lots of advice and was asked at each stage how I wanted it and how the style was going. I was put at ease and felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout.

Chris was good company and he crested an excellent hair style, just what I asked for: to cover half my face whilst reveling the other.

My first trip to the salon since Lockdown I have been one of those extremely anxious people struggling to return to normal. But as soon as I stepped into the salon I felt so safe and secure. Everything was done in a hygienic fashion and there is a warm welcome by all staff. Extremely satisfied with my Aura hair treatment. This is my second Autumn experience of this amazing treatment now we are approaching the wetter weather it tackles my hair frizz and it’s easier to comb my when wet or dry.

I’ve had yet another great experience at Haus of Brooks. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time.

Jody is incredible, his knowledge, care and kindness surpass any salon countrywide, and I have been through almost all. Not only does he educate an industry plagued with issues, he considers every element of the salon from hot ash compost to globes with colour therapy whilst having your hair washed. In my books Haus of Brooks is a leader to inspire all business to follow suit. My curls were blown away :) and grateful, he didn't make me feel like a challenge but faced it head on. He is inspired by his business and craft, knowing the science and biology behind your root to the trim. A business is a hard service to keep gleaming but he does and I wish him and his team incredible success ahead. This is a welcome holistic salon that relaxes, uplifts and makes your feel awesome, so anyone who gets a chance to enjoy it, take it all in and have fun. I have never received such pleasure from a salon with chair massage, scented towel on eyes and cleansing plants and products that don't harm hair but empower each strand whilst being kind and considerate to nature. This is my new favourite place.

Excellent health hygiene and safety precautions with regard to Covid-19. Underlying health issues so was reluctant to return but very glad I did as very pleased with outcome of visit. Hair looks great after 5 months without a visit!

The salon is always spotlessly clean and welcoming. You are not just a customer, you are a guest and are treated as such. This is a totally safe, hygienic environment. On top of that you get terrific service. And my hair looks great.
