It was a really good experience having my haircut after months of lockdown. The salon was well organised and spacious and every detail had been given a lot of thought re Covid precautions. Jody always listens to me when I talk about my hair and my lifestyle and sometimes my uncertainty about what I want and gives good advice. My hair is in the best condition it has ever been.

I had an amazing cut and style today with Ben who chatted away with me and took my hair's individual needs into consideration and I left with a perfect new cut that I absolutely love!
Despite the salon's strict adherence to anti covid-19 measures, it still has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I'll definitely be coming back.

I had been in the week before and Ben cut my hair but I could not have it colored as I did not do patch test.
Ben coloured my hair following week and I felt brave enough to go even shorter and lighter. Ben talked me through everything and listened to me. It was the hottest day of the year and with a visor and gloves on it must have been uncomfortable for him. But he carried on like a true professional. Very pleased with the results bit pricey as I had to pay for two haircuts. I would defo go back though.

My mother's day treat ended up being a ' lock down locks ' treat and I have to say it was a very nice experience! I never really remember to do reviews but I had to make time to let the world know about Haus of Brooks, not only are they one if the most sustainable salons out there it is the nicest one I've ever been to! ( I've been to a fair few) I feel I have found my forever salon <3
My stylist Ben listened to what I had in mind and delivered just what I wanted (no scissor happy here) he was also so lovely to talk to and vent to its not the usual "going on holiday?" chat, it was nice in depth life talk which was a nice difference.
I was treated to a massage and soothing lights whilst having my hair washed and conditioned by the nicest smelling products I've ever known, I loved them so much I had to buy my own for home. The coffee is amazing its like having my own personal barista in fact I would quite happily just pop in for the coffee lol
The salon itself is so nicely decorated it even has a forest! its like The Ivy of hair design.
Haus of Brooks have also started supplying refillable eco laundry detergent and softener, definitely worth checking out for those of us who are trying to be more 'green'.
The salon has a very scrupulous cleaning and hygiene routine that puts a lot of others to shame in my opinion, personal hygiene bags, hand sanitiser, disposable gowns made by themselves, disposable towels, no mask required as they wear face shields and the stations steam cleaned after each client.
I can honestly say I will be revisiting again, and I hope that anyone reading this review can experience what I felt the need to rave about, Enjoy xx

Another. Lovely experience at The Haus of Brook. Under the expertise of Jody I came out as always with fabulous hair. A wonderful feeling of well being .went in feeling like a pauper and came out feeling like a queen. The delicious smoothie was an added bonus and the ambience of this salon together with fantastic products and top drawer stylists make the visit one to be remembered so thank you once again Jody for making me feel special x

Unusually, perhaps, I'm not a big fan of having a haircut....however, this was a lovely, relaxing visit. Christopher is charming and very entertaining and, as billed, cuts a very good bob! I've even booked my next appointment!
One of the reasons I came back to Haus of Brooks was the attention to detail in their preparations for this different way of working. Excellent!

For anyone concerned about the new Covid measures required during hair care then worry no more!
Disposable gowns, antibac at the front door, consultation and hair washing behind a visor, e-magazines, contactless payment and bags to place own property to name but a few of the changes made.
As ever the salon was clean, airy and spacious, making the whole experience feel far away from the madness of our current world.
Jody was his usual charming, upbeat self, listening to my hair issues during lockdown and devising a colour and cut to suit my needs. I was particularly impressed by the pragmatic suggestions to maintain the style and 'futureproof' a little ahead of possible further restrictions - a point that probably has not occurred to many.
My final hairstyle was a lovely 2 tone colour with mininal fuss for an outdoor look.
Several friends have already commented how healthy and carefree my hair looks, noticing the range of colours and layered styling.
Although it is not the cheapest place around, you definitely feel like you have had a well deserved, stress reducing pamper session. Looking forward to my next visit in the autumn.

Jody is probably, no definitely, the best hairdresser I have been to. He is a consummate professional, who uses his considerable talent and experience to not only find the best solution for your hair, but also make you feel as though you are as important as the next client. He takes time to assess how managing your hair fits into your life, and what would suit your face, skin colour etc. He is also very sweet and a charming conversationalist.
All my friends have complimented my hair and I love it. Jody managed to transform my hair's dull, colourless, lockdown look into a wonderful style and colour. The organic products the salon use are lovely, so fresh and healthy. They smell wonderful as well. I keep opening the shampoo I bought just to smell it! The salon itself has a nice calm , creative ambience. I fully recommend Jody and his team.

I bought mane tamer shampoo and conditioner and Lockdown as recommended by Christopher, and it has done wonders for my hair - expert advice! Products also ordered and delivered by return, beautifully packaged in sustainable packaging. This is my second order and I’ve been really impressed by the customer service. The salon is also lovely and they have put so much effort into providing a luxury service while also following Covid-19 guidance to make it safe as well. A fantastic salon!

1st visit and boy was I impressed. Polite, friendly, professional and I came away enthused and very satisfied with both the cut and colour. Christopher listened and gave thoughtful advice too. So glad I found this
place as the experience and result was something I haven’t experienced in a Hairdressers in a long time.

I felt so comfortable within a few minutes on arriving at hairdressers. Christopher was really lovely he definitely brightened up my day. As is was the first time at the Salon I was initially feeling a bit nervous. My hair was in such a mess although once it was cut and blow dried I was delighted with it.

Wow what can I say had a fantastic few hours to myself at Haus of Brooke. Jody was my stylist, we started with a brief consultation about what I wanted and he advised and guided me as to what was achievable and in what time scale. His knowledge was such a great relief and I felt very comfortable.
The salon itself is gorgeous with lots of modern/natural features.

I have been coming to this salon for about two years now and always have a great experience. I had a cut and colour on this occasion and am extremely happy with the outcome. Karl has always been really helpful in giving me tips on how to look after my hair between visits. And these tips are affordable and realistic!
The salon has put in place safety measures that made me feel very safe to return despite COVID. They’ve managed to do this without losing the relaxed and pampering experience. I was still able to have refreshments, didn’t have to wear a mask as stylists all had visors and sat as usual due to stations already being well spaced out anyway.
I would really recommend the salon for anyone wanting a bit of ‘me’ time as you certainly do leave feeling calm and well looked after.,

As usual I left myself in the capable hands of Chris whose intuitive knowledge of what is best for you resulted in the desired result.

I had a great experience today at Haus Of Brooks. Ben was so welcoming (as always) made me feel very relaxed and done an amazing blow dry on my hair using the gorgeous Oway products. My hair feels so light and shiney I can’t wait to come back to the salon next week to have it done again. Its always a great experience going to Haus of Brooks, they really make you feel welcome and even in these strange times I still had a great experience. The salon is always welcoming and clean, so the new measures put in place weren't a big leap. Jody always explains what he recommends and tells you how to care for your hair afterwards unlike a lot of other salons. And a G&T to boot! 5 stars all round!
