Probably got my favourite cut ever tonight. Luca was brilliant and gave his opinions and recommendations and listened to what I wanted. Really recommend him and this salon too

Very happy with my fringe now. It was a big deal for me and I was thinking about it for a long time. But Mark did the best job and gave me amazing advice. Will definitely come back!!

Excellent stylist - very pleased with my cut

Fantastic cut from Ollie aided by his tutor. Ollie is a trainee but I don’t doubt he’s going to be a superb hairdresser. Both Ollie and his tutor really listened to what I was looking for. They took the time to find out about me and understand my life and how my hair care routine fits into that - friendly, warm and still impeccably professional. I’ll be back!

Always brilliant service from Luca and the team. Worth the £’s to know your hair is going to look sharp.

Excellent service

As always, Sam has done a superb job bringing colour back to my hair. A divine hair wash with him too was the icing on the cake. Thanks too for Will’s excellent blow dry and fringe trim. Delighted.

Was disappointed that Roxy has moved on but Lara (sorry couldn't select 2 names above!) has with tonight's cut made me feel a million dollars again - I'll be back

I had a lovely trim done by Chelsea. She was very open to what I wanted for my hairstyle but was also able to give advice on how she would do it so it suited me.

I have been going to Sven for many years and he has always been fantastic and trust him completely with my colour, he meticulously worked on my hair today as decided to go for a balayage and ensured i was 100% happy with the result (which i was!!)
Also, want to thank the fantastic Neela for styling my hair so beautifully afterwards.

The girls at reception always greet me by my name and seem genuinely pleased to see me. Other stylist that recognise me always stop by and have a chat, particularly Will. I’ve been coming to the salon for about 13 years and the staff always make me feel like a valued customer. It’s great to have this recognition.
Sven as always does an amazing job with my hair. He seems to know exactly what I want. I’m always over the moon with the results. Sven takes such great care of me whilst I’m in the salon, ensuring I’m comfortable and always have enough to drink.

All the staff are friendly and excellent at what they do. They make you feel welcome, comfortable and are always so professional and helpful. The salon is clean, airy, and has a relaxed and happy vibe for the clients experience even though it's always busy for the staff :)

Really happy with the hair cut. Thought the hair wash was really quick today - it felt a bit rushed.

I get keratin treatment every 4-6 months and always ask for Chelsea. She did an amazing job as usual, expertly looking after me and ensuring my normally unruly, frizzy hair looks silky smooth. All the staff at Toni & Guy are lovely and create a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Always very welcoming at receptions. Had a relaxing shampoo and head massage, great service making sure I had a drink and offered Croissant. Chelsea is an expert stylist and gives a great bouncy blow dry :) thank you
